In response to the advertisement No. 01/2018 published on 26.02.2018 by the University for
the Recruitment of the post of Director (Graduate School of Engineering/Technology), 08
applications have been received. After scrutiny of the applications, as per the provision of the
advertisement, the list of Eligible/Not Eligible candidates for personal interview is hereby
notified as under:

It is hereby inform to following shortlisted candidates for the post of Director (Graduate School
of Engineering/Technology) that the Personal Interview will be held at Gujarat Technology
University, Chandkheda Campus, Ahmedabad on 18th May (Friday), 2018 from 10:30 am
onwards

All short listed candidates are hereby informed to remain present 15 minutes before the scheduled
time of interview at their own cost. It is compulsory to bring all original documents for verification.
Only after verification of original documents the interview shall be conducted of eligible
candidates.

Note: The call letter will be send by Email/Speed post to the concerned candidates. However,
please remain present with email copy even if by chance not received call letter by delaying postal
service.
