ORDER

Now before the Court are a Joint Emergency Motion for Leave to Intervene filed by the

Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence, Everytown for Gun Safety Action Fund, Inc., and the

Giffords Law Center to Prevent Gun Violence, (Dkt. 96), as well as motions for a temporary

restraining order and emergency hearing filed by the same parties, (Dkts. 97, 98).

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that all parties in this matter, including those seeking leave to

intervene, appear for a telephonic hearing regarding the filings detailed above today, July 26, 2018

at 2:30 p.m. CDT. Counsel for intervenors should coordinate dial-in information for a conference

call and share that information with all parties, as well as Courtroom Deputy Julie Golden, 1 by 12:00

p.m. CDT today.
