2D Static Analysis of Rectangular Plate with Hole

The rectangular plate made of steel as shown figure below is subjected to a tensile load of 800
lb. The material properties are E = 29x106 Ib/in2, ν = 0.3. Thickness of the plate is 0.3”. Analyze for the
von-mises stresses and maximum deflection of the plate using ANSYS.
