Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am already in contact of you, in regard of transfer of the above
mentioned shares, which my father Mr. Narain Singh Saini was holding,
who has been died on 20/11/2010, copy of death certificate is attached.

After his death, I filled a petition in the Honorable court for grant of
succession certificate relating to debts and securities, wherein your
company has also filled the reply on 04-11-2016. And the Honorable
court has decided that the petition in my favor on 27-02-2017 and issued
me the succession certificate, copy of the same is attached here with. So,
now I am the legal claimant of these share certificates.

I also bring this in your kind notice that I am not obtaining the above
mentioned share certificates. So, I request you to kindly send me the
procedure for obtaining the duplicate cum transfer certificate from your
company.
So that after obtaining the duplicate cum transfer certificate, I will be able
to fulfill the procedure to obtain the shares certificates that to be
transferred on my name.

It is therefore, requested you to kindly keep the unpaid dividend and

shares with the company and the same may not be transferred to the IEPF
suspense account
