    T24 Upgrade vs T24 Migration

    T24 R10 Present scenario

    1. T24 R10 ISB handover to MBL on year 2012 and modified and implemented by three partner
    company of Temenos but didn’t handover any official document of implementation process.
    2. After Implementation MBL team has locally modified and developed several processes to
    support business requirements.
    3. Few Modules has included by Temenos (SC) but not final implementation on live.
    4. ISB has massive unused batch and include in COB, that why COB taken more time.
    5. We have lots of local development and Temenos Not responsible for Local development even
    routine.
    6. LD module Have lots problem yet, Temenos doesn’t have expert support.

    T24 Up gradation

    Advantage Disadvantage
    2. Big Bang, which as the name implies involves Enrollment needs budget and Time. Meanwhile LD
    full replacement all in one go; not directly upgraded because LD product sunset.
    2. Build and Migrate, where bank establish a new
    offering running on the new digital system and Local Development involved budget and time.
    gradually migrate customers across; ISB not clean before upgrading and garbage will
    3. Less Hardware involvement tag with new version.
    4. No need End User skill up gradation. COB time cannot reduce
    5. No need Programmer skill up gradation. Product Error continuing

    T24 Migration

    Big Bang, which as the name implies involves full Enrollment needs fixed budget and Time.
    replacement all in one go; LD directly Migrate in LD AA and we may upgrade
    COB time reduce because New Data other inter related LD product to AA
    Fresh ISB with TAFJ module(Account, Recurring Deposit and Loans)
    New Hardware involvement
    New Product development and local development
    if needed.
    Need End User skill up gradation.
    Need Programmer skill up gradation.

    Need an Active Server for statement and Audit.
