Upon consideration of the Complaint filed by plaintiff Celebrity Talent International,

LLC (“CTI”), and noting that CTI and defendant Peter Tsallas (Mr. Tsallas”)—collectively, the

Parties have signed and approved the substance and form of this Agreed Order and

Permanent Injunction, the Court finds the following:

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Mr. Tsallas has

published unlawful statements regarding CTI and its associates on the Internet on third-party

websites and personally-created websites, blogs and accounts, including that CTI is “a small

scamming business”; that CTI “is running a scam [and] extorting large sums of money claiming

they can book celebrities when none of it is true”; that CTI is a “fraudulent company scamming

clients world wide”; that CTTs staff is “fully aware that they are running scams”; and that CTI’s

president has “committed fraud,” stole $35,000 from a charitable event, and is a “con artist and

compulsive liar.” These statements and similar statements are published at the following URLs:

unlawful statements about Mr. Tsallas, including that Mr. Tsallas “is lying that he has a

relationship with major celebrities and he does nof ’ and that he runs a “celebrity auction scam,’

PERMANENT INJUNCTION

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED as follows:

a) The Parties and their agents and assigns are prohibited from any further acts of
defamation or publication of false and/or misleading statements, comments, or
information regarding each other on any website, social media outlet, or other forum
or publication;

b) The Parties are mandated to take all reasonable actions they can under the law to
remove the postings, listed at the following URLs, including requesting removal of all
defamatory, disparaging, libelous, false and materially misleading statements:

c) The Parties are mandated to request that Internet search engines sueh as Google
remove from their search indices the URLs specified above;

d) The Parties are mandated, as it is foreseeable that the above-referenced URLs and
statements contained thereon will be referenced on additional webpages in the future
including, but not limited to, index, directory, and search results pages, to take all
aetions available under the law to remove all such web pages from the Internet,
ineluding requesting removal from the Internet search engines such as Google, of all
such webpages.

DAMAGES, FEES AND COSTS

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that no damages are awarded to any party in this matter;
 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all costs of Court expended or incurred in this matter

are taxed against the party ineurring same;

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that eaeh party shall bear its own attorney’s fees;

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this Court retains jurisdietion to enforce this Agreed

Order and Permanent Injunetion;

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this entry hereby resolves any and all claims that are

currently pending in this matter and eloses this case.
