RAMON “NITO" D, DURANO III AN EXECUTIVE ORDER RECONSTITUTING THE PLANNING TEAM AND SECTORIAL COMMITTEES FOR THE PREPARATION OF 2017-2020 COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT PLAN (CDP) OF DANAO CITY WHEREAS, Section 106 of the Local Government Code of 1991, Republic Act 7160, mandates each local government units to prepare a Three- Year Comprehensive Multi-sectoral Development Plan to be initiated by the Local Development Council (LDC) and approved by the Sangguniang Panlungsod (SP); WHEREAS, pursuant thereto, the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) has developed the Guide to Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) for local government units and called for its utilization through DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2008-156; » WHEREAS, Chapter 1 of the guide prescribed structural mechanisms and procedures with which the preparation of the CDP can be pursued through multi-sectoral representation; NOW THEREFORE, I, RAMON D. DURANO III, City Mayor of City Government of Danao, by virtue of the Powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare that: SECTION 1. NAME AND MEMBERSHIP.
