NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF TREASURY SHARES

Pursuant to Rule 704(28) of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited,
the Board of Directors of Koh Brothers Group Limited (the “Company”) wishes to announce the
following cancellation of treasury shares, details of which are as follows:

(a) Date of cancellation: 29 February 2016

(b) Purpose of cancellation: Cancellation of excess and unutilised

treasury shares to enhance
shareholders’ value

(c) Number of treasury shares cancelled: 18,475,400

(d) Number of treasury shares before and after such Before cancellation 41,505,400
cancellation:
After cancellation 23,030,000

(e) Percentage of the number of treasury shares against the Before cancellation 9.09%(1)
