I wish to write your good office of the Government System Metro Manila for
which my inquiry of the said office about my case as a retired employee of the
government of public school teacher in the DECS.

I ask your office about my retirement in the government. And now I have an
information that my co-retired employee received about an amount coming from the
CHED pass surrender value which they have benefited in this information and perhaps
during my retirement I have not received the said amount in this cash surrender value.

Please kindly inform us if I am available in this matter and I hope also I will not
bother me as a government pensioner in my service. Please reply possibly on this
matter.
