3.0 SUPERSTRUCTURE WORK
3.1 Pre-stressed Concrete Girder Fabrication  Zero injuries from dropped materials  Strictly implement wearing of PPEs
during lifting by the crane  Provide enough handrails and barriers
 Zero injuries from sharp objects around the top of the girder
 Zero stumble and fall injuries when  Provide instructions/ signal to the crane
working on top of the girder operator
 Remove unnecessary sharp objects off the
site
4.0 REVETMENT WORK USING GABIONS
4.1 Hauling gabion stones from Quarry to Site  Zero rate of vehicle-related accidents  Dump truck drivers to drive at required
speed limit
 Ensure dump trucks are in good condition
4.2 Gabions setting  Zero injuries from dropped stones during  Provide instructions/ signal to the crane
lifting by the crane operator
