3 Following additional instructions shall also be followed:

3.1 Prepare the G.A. drawings showing dimensions, levels, Finalised G.A. DE / EC
openings, probable location of equipment supports, drawing
structural steel platforms and shed above the main
structure, if any. Also, identify constraints, if any either at
foundation level or at higher elevations as required from
equipment consideration.

3.2 Arriving at Equipment loads Unit fdn. Drgs. &

3.3 Live Load - Ordinary, extraordinary & blast loads Basic drgs.** /

3.4 Moving Loads
3.4.1 Crane / Monorail / Hoist loads Basic drgs.**

4 Assume foundation size for equipment / fan foundations IS:2974 Part : Design DE
and perform dynamic analysis to calculate amplitude I to IV Calculation
and natural frequencies. Repeat the above procedure till Inhouse design
natural frequencies and amplitude are within allowable programs
limits. Then design the foundation satisfying codal
provisions.

** Basic drawings refer to Basic Process / Mechanical

GA drawings / Architectural drawings defining
the dimensions and loading on the structure.
