 You are required to set a vision and a mission statements for Enactus AUC
in the year 2016-17 from a Competition’s Executive Perspective.
 You are required to state your Objectives as Enactus AUC Competition’s
Executive.
 You are required to state your Strategies as Enactus AUC Competition’s
Executive.
 Prepare a SWOT Analysis for Enactus AUC 2015-16 term from a
Competition’s Executive Perspective. You shall state how you are going to
build up on the Strengths, take advantage of the Opportunities, overcome
the Weaknesses, and avoid the Threats.
 Explain the importance of this newly developed position within Enactus
AUC’s hierarchy.
 Explain the importance of participating in the special competitions for
Enactus AUC.
 How do you plan on maintaining a good relationship with Enactus Egypt?
 How do you plan on monitoring the fulfillment of all Enactus criteria in all
designed projects?
 Prepare a preliminary timeline for the projects’ directory that is suitable
for competition preparation.
 How do you plan on monitoring that timeline with the entire directory?
 Provide a critique of last year’s performance in the national competition.
 Provide a critique of last year’s competition preparation phase.
 How do you plan on operating with the projects’ director in order to ensure
Enactus AUC’s readiness for the special competitions and the national
competition.
 Explain your plan for utilizing all the organization’s resources to ensure the
efficiency of the national competition preparation phase
 Explain your plan for improving the documentation of all projects for the
competitions (visual, written etc.)
 Explain the role of the projects’ directory in the competition preparation
phase.
 Prepare a preliminary timeline for the national competition.
 Explain your team recruitment strategies.
 Explain how the special competition preparation will fit into the national
competition preparation (bearing in mind that special competitions are
usually set between the months of March and June).
 Explain how you are planning to follow Enactus AUC vision of developing
its members until they are able to develop others.
