Stance
* Fighting Stance -- Slightly wide boxing stance with a slightly more weight on the
rear leg 55/45
-- Explain the difference between the two. Demonstrate how a fighting stance
provides better balance, faciliates power in striking, and ease of movement.

Footwork
* Basic shuffle - Move the foot closest to the direction desired then reestablish
stance by bringing the other foot into position.
* Gathering step - bring the rear foot beside the lead foot then step forward with
the lead foot to steathily gain distance or facilitate a kick.
* Shifting - Using a pivot to switch stance and gain distance either in advance or
retreat.
* Angle Stepping - Sip Mah, Step foot closest to desired direction then use a
triangular movement to bring opposite foot into lead position, used to gain an
outside angle.

* Lead hand punch -- a Vertical punch with the lead hand driven by a small step and
slight weight shift.
* Straight rear -- Vertical fisted shot driven by pushing off the back foot and
whipping the lead shoulder back so as to drive the rear shoulder forward
* Straight Snap kicks -- Straigh kicks delivered with the ball or sole of foot,
fired directly from center with an upward drive of the hip.
* Side Kick -- a Slightly chambered side kick delivered to stomach height or lower
with the back half of the foot (mid to heel)
* Round kick -- A low round kick delivered by rotating the hips and pivoting on the
ball of the supporting foot.
* The hook -- a Vertical fisted punch delivered by a pivot of the lead foot and a
whirling of the shoulders

* Slipping - moving the head offline via shifting it away from bodily center line.
Should be subtle
* Parrying - Pak Sao, Gaan Sao, Biu Sao, Jaam Sao, Tan Sao. BKB parries
