I am Erika Beatrice DC Garcia, currently a Grade 12 Senior High School student of Jesus Is Lord
Colleges Foundation taking up Accountancy, Business and Management course. I am writing this
to you regarding the Work Immersion that every grade 12 students must fulfill in order to graduate
as it is one of the main requirements. We are required to undergo 80 hrs. of On-the-job Training,
exactly 8 hours a day, for 2 weeks. I heard that your company is accepting trainees and I believe I
am fit for the trainee position.
I am confident that under your company, I can challenge myself to engage in new challenges and
will definitely add up to my knowledge and experience about the industry. This work Immersion
is very essential as it serve as a training ground of our future self someday. In exchange, I offer

of positivity in life. I easily don’t give up and try my very best to accomplish everything in time. I
am somewhat a fast learner so I can do all I needed to do in just a simple instruction. I can ensure
