AUSTRALIA - IMMIGRATION PROCEDURE

Australia is open for Immigration.

Procedure

We require the resume of the applicant and his/her spouse (if married) to do an Immigration eligibility
assessment. Once the Pre-assessment is done, then we can accept the case for the Immigration process, provided
the result is positive.

Stages of the Immigration Process

i) Stage – I: Skill Assessment

The Client pays the first installment to initiate the immigration process. The amount paid to us at this
stage will be Rs.47, 200 (Rs 40,000 + 18% service tax) for Trade applications, or Rs 29,500 (Rs.25, 000
+ 18% service tax) for all other applications for the principal applicant. Additionally, if the skill
assessment is done for the spouse applicant, additional Rs. 11,800 (Rs 10,000 + 18% service tax) is paid
to us.
The Skill assessment Government processing fee will be as relevant to each application. The process
time will be approx 2 to 4 months after submitting the application.

Some of the Government skill assessing departments require the applicant to have taken their IELTS / PTE test.
Some do not require this test at this stage. We provide IELTS / PTE coaching for all our applicants, so that they are
able to score the required grades. We have 15 day classes, 30 day classes, 45 day classes, upto 90 day classes. The
IELTS test fees is Rs.12,100/-

2) Stage – 11: State and Territory Sponsorship

On obtaining the successful skill assessment, we will then seek the relevant State and Territory
Sponsorship. There is a possibility to seek a potential employer at this stage. The client will pay us Rs
23,600 (Rs.20, 000 + 18% service tax) to apply and obtain the State and territory sponsorship. In addition
the actual application fee charged by the relevant state must be paid by the client.

State nomination application fees varies between 200 AUD$ to 1000 AUD$

The client will be expected to prepare a Statement of commitment for choosing and living in a particular
state. The process time will be 2 to 3 months

We can initiate job search simultaneously for each eligible applicant at this stage. The client will pay us
Rs.15, 000/- + 18% tax. (Optional)

3) Stage – III: Expression of Interest

After we receive the Skill Assessment Report or the state nomination, we can apply for the Visa ie. Express the
interest to live in Australia permanently. The third installment fee payable to us is Rs.23, 600/- (Rs.20, 000 + 18%
service tax). There is no Immigration Government processing fee at this stage. The process will take approx 1 to 2
months.
 4) Stage – IV: Filing for the visa. (Invitation to apply)

The Australian Immigration Service on approving the EOI sends an invitation to Apply to the client. All
relevant documents along with the application are filed to the Immigration department. Our service
charges at this stage is Rs. 29,500/- (Rs.25, 000 + 18% service tax)

The Immigration Government fees – Principal Applicant AUD$ 3670 $

Additional Applicant Charge 18 and over AUD 1800 $
Additional Applicant Charge under 18 AUD 900 $

The process will take approx 3 to 6 months.

While the above process is being done, the second payment for Job search assistance is paid to us ie.
Rs.15, 000/- + 18% tax. (Optional)

5) Stage – V: Visa approval.

The Immigration department sends the Medical forms and will ask the client’s to do the Medical Check
Up with their approved panel doctor. At this stage the client pays the balance and the fifth installment fee
to us i.e. Rs.23, 600/-.(Rs.20, 000 + 18% service tax)

To complete the entire process for an Immigration Visa, it takes about a minimum of 9 to 15 months
(Approx.)

Refund clause: No refunds will be made if the clients withdraw the applications at any stage, after starting the
application process. Even if they withdraw within one day from the date of first payment, no refunds will be
considered. 50% refund of service charges will be done if Olive consultants errors in the documentation, at a
particular stage of process only, not for all the stages which has gone through successfully. No refunds will be given
or considered, if the clients loses his visa due to manipulation of documents or insufficient documentation at any
stage of the process.

Job search assistance for eligible applicants.

First payment of Rs.15,000/- + 18% taxes is paid in the second stage of the process.
Second payment of Rs.15,000/- + 18% taxes is paid in the fourth stage of the process
Third payment of Rs. 25,000/- + 18% taxes will be paid on Visa approval, so that the interviews can be
generated now, by showing the visa copy to the prospective employers.
Fourth payment of Rs.45,000/- + 18% taxes will be paid, once the jobs are confirmed for the client.

After landing services. (Optional)

1) Airport pickup. 2) Accommodation. (Temporary and Permanent)

3) Open Bank account, social security, Insurance etc. 4) Children's school admission
5) Shopping guidance.
(The service charges for these additional services will be AUD 3000)

Please note that all our service charges at all stages, does not include notarizing expenses, photocopying,
translation of documents, courier charges etc, which will need to be borne by the client.
Other expenses: PCC – Rs.1000/-, Medicals: Rs.5, 000/-, Airfare and cash to carry.
All payments can be made in favour of “Olive Consultants” payable at Chennai.(for cheque payments)
