Asses the business model of PayTM in India .Is it cloning Alibaba ? who is also a major
investor .Develop a list of strategic business , and strategies that are especially important
to its firm’s leadership position in India .Challenges in Future, Impact of Govt. Policy ,RBI
.Give strategy they should put in to place for the competitive e market place in India .

Group 3
Asses the business model of Relaince Jio in India and its disruptive strategies as Telecom
service providers to gain market share .Develop a list of strategies that are especially
important to its firm’s position in the Teleco , the Challenges in Future, Impact of Govt.
Policy,TRAI .Give particular attention to those Technology and other strengths of Jio ,that
the competitors especially AIRTEL ,Vodsfone –Idea would have difficulty in matching .

India .Challenges in Future, Impact of Govt. . Give particular attention to those strengths
that the competitors especially HP would have difficulty in matching.

Global giants in India .Give particular attention to those resources and Technology, that
the competitors especially Samsung would have difficulty in matching.
