Check all the ducts, instruments and surfaces.

Check DP switch if it is fitted properly. Ensure all

13 support is properly fixed.

Check, clean and make sure that all the flexibles are in
14 good condition. Replace if damaged.

Change the belt if necessary. When fan belt is driven,

15 check belt tension.

Check the alignment. NOTE: Do NOT overtight the belt

16 it will damage the bearings.

Re-install belt guard protection. Ensure all bolts and

17 screws are tightened correctly.

Adjust the spring’s compression to balance the weight

18 in the 4 supports.

Make sure that nothing is forgotten inside the system.

19 Close the access panel.

20 Release the emergency button.

Remove lock and safety LOTO tag. Turn on the power

21
switch.
Operate the system in hand mode and make sure that
22 there is no abnormal sound coming from the
equipment. Write on the PPM tasking sheets.
Make sure motorized damper is fully opened. Turn off

the lights when leaving the area.
