DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, ROSALINDA Y. MAYAMOY, of legal age, Filipino with


residence at #8967 Diamante Street, San Andres Bukid, Manilam
Metro Manila (hereinafter referred to as the SELLER), FOR AND IN
CONSIDERATION of the sum of EIGHT HUNDRED AND FIFTY
THOUSAND (Php850,000.oo) Pesos, Philippine Currency, receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged and paid by Rodrigo C. Duterthee,
Corazon A. Conjunco, and Imeeldea M. Gonzales all of legal age,
Filipino and residents of Metro Manila (hereinafter referred to as the
BUYERS), DO HEREBY SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY by way of
ABSOLUTE SALE unto the said BUYERS, their heirs and assigns a
parcel of land, with all the structures and improvements constructed
thereon, and more particularly described as follows:

of the Registry of Deeds of the City of Manila

"A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 08 Block 05, of the


subdivision plan (LRC) Psd- 197693, being a portion of lots
483-A and 483-B situated along Singalong Street, Malate,
Manila.

to the point of beginning; containing an area of THREE


HUNDRED (300) SQUARE METERS, more or less xxx”

I hereby warrant my title and absolute ownership to the


foregoing real estate property and shall defend its title at our costs in
every forum.
