1 Confirm AC-1 checks complete

2 Carry out final line walk of the system to ensure the equipment is intact and free trom damage.
3 Confirm that the work area is clear and safe for system start-up
4 Attach “Live Commissioning” labels at visable points on the system.
5 Check that the system is physically isolated at the limits shown on marked up P&IDs
6 Gross air leak test system including valve integrity test.
