ABSTRACT (overview or summary of your thesis)

In this feature we look at the nature of youth curfews, examining why they are used, who

they affect the most, and what they tell us about how society views children. This shows

the effect on how a curfew would affect the society in general, society in the future for the

youths, society formed in restrictions for the youths in terms of their “night life” activities.

This focuses on how curfew would or wouldn’t help the society and especially the youths

not to commit or be a victim of any crime or violations caused by the “night life” activies

made by the youths. The possible pro’s and con’s of the applying curfew only to the

youths and not to the age of majority. Also, the possible law that can be in conflict in

applying curfew. The rights that can or maybe violated if such curfew be implemented.

Finally, how the facilities should be for the possible youth violators.
