JACK THE GIANT SLAYER

Jack the giant slayer which before this the title was jack the giant killer is a fantasy
advanture movie. This movie is adopted from famous fairy tale, jack and the beanstalk. This
movie is played with famous actors and actress, Nicholas Hoult, Eleanor Tomlison, Stanley
Tucci, Ion Mcshane, and Ewan McGregor which directed by Bryan Singer. It ended around
114 minutes.

This movie tell about little Jack, son from a farmer was told about fairy tale, giant and
beanstalk, everyday by his father before he slept. It also happened with Issabelle, daughter
from a king in a kingdom, but different with Jack, she was told the fairy tale by her mother.
By the time they became teenager. Jack would sell his horse in a market. There he saw a
theater, so he come and watch it. There he met Issabelle who stained by two stranger people,
so Jack help her, but he don’t know who is Issabelle. After that, he found a people who want
to bought his horse, but he don’t brought his money, for a guarantee he gave beans to Jack.
Jack agree, and he went back to his house. He told to his father, his father angry, and threw it.

In the other places, Isabelle tried to reject her father wish to married with a man who
is chose by her father, Lord Roderick. She doesn’t want married, so she left from her
kingdom in the middle of the night. Isabelle was riding horse and it was raining, she find
Jack’s house, so she came in. it didn’t take long time, the beans grew up, and brought Jack’s
house and Issabelle in other world, world of Giants. Many surprises events happened. Isabelle
who is helped by Jack success to went back to her kingdom, but they didn’t know if Fallon,
the giant, followed them.

In my opinion, this movie quite good to watch. But, many scenes from the giants are
disgusting to watch, like he used his snot and armpit to maked bread. Beside that, the beans
which is hold by the giants looked so big, I means size from the beans almost like as people.
Scenes in the beginning, when introduction I felt so boring, but in the middle until end is
quite good. I don’t know why, may be because I didn’t get feels from the acting of the actor
or actress. Their played is less ensoul. Then, the cat in the beginning maked me unfocused,
there shouldn’t be the cat.

In the other cases, this plot is good, because it has unpredictable plot. It has many
surprises events. Also with the 3D animation of the giants, the trees, etc and the lighting and
soundtrack of this film also good. It also has moral value, we must follow how kind Jack is,
he is very kind person, and very responsibly person. Also with the Isabelle, she teach us to
say no when the intruction isn’t match with our mind. This movie also tell us about the
solidarity. So it quite recommended, but not for under 17 years old, because there is some
events which isn’t match with people under age, like kiss moments.
