. .
At this stage, I have some concerns about the progress of this Pre-service Teacher.
. .
I consider this Pre-service Teacher may be at risk of not being able to meet the requirements of the
Australian Professional Standards for Teachers.
Please provide some written feedback regarding areas of strength and areas needing improvement.

Professional Knowledge (Strengths): Marley has been quick to establish herself in the classroom environment. From day
one she started to develop relationships with the students, which has allowed her to make a smooth transition on
becoming the front of classroom teacher. She has embraced the daily routine activities, which again has allowed her
to become more comfortable in her teaching environment.

Development required in the areas of: The planning of learning and assessment outcomes of her classes, which allow for
student growth and a progression of teaching and learning outcomes.

Professional Practice (Strengths): As I mentioned previously Marley has fully embraced the environment of teaching and
learning at Henley High School. She is planned and prepared for lesson, which has allowed Marley to take on a flexible
approach when delivering lessons in a complex site. Marley has also embraced the Professional Development and
Parent Teacher Conferences in her initial weeks.

Development required in the areas of: Assessment of student learning,

opportunity for and delivery of ongoing feedback
which will support student growth. Reporting on student achievement.

Professional Engagement (Strengths): Has actively sort out all teaching and learning opportunities. Marley has varied
and continues to use ICT in her teaching practice which is a key element of the pedagogies embedded at Henley High.

Development required in the areas of: Continue to ask questions to improve teaching and learning requirements.
