Warner Music Nashville
Manager, Touring April 2017 – Present
 Hired to start and build the Touring Department at Warner Music Nashville. First Touring Department at a Nashville record label. Nashville, TN
 Responsible for tracking all tour dates, promotional tours, special events, etc.—any live event outside of press and award shows.
 Ensure that all employees and artist teams receive updated artist schedules and routing on a weekly and daily basis via Master Tour.
 Develop and initiate tour marketing plans with radio and streaming partners, local agents, college marketing reps, etc.
 Responsible for helping to build out artist market visits, especially in major markets, by engaging artist team and scheduling time with all viable partners.
 Create and settle ticketing budgets.
 Solicit, approve, and distribute all ticket, M&G, and VIP lists for all WMN shows domestically. Cover all Nashville shows.
 Strong emphasis on engaging artist management teams and talent agents at all levels and aspects of artists’ touring careers.
 Generate consumer/retail awareness and enthusiasm around releases and tours.

Promotion, Executive Assistant September 2015 – April 2017
 Helped WBR achieve two #1 Records (Lukas Graham “7 Years”, Jason Derulo “Want To Want Me”), the Most Added Single in Mediabase History New York, NY
(“Want To Want Me”), and the Most Added New Artist in Mediabase History (Kaya Stewart “In Love With A Boy”) on the Pop Chart.
 Created and distributed some of WBR’s most vital reports including “Rolling/Final Airplay” and “SoundScan Sales and Summary”
 In addition to being sent to cover radio shows and events, most notably Dua Lipa’s showcase in Chicago and WSTW/Wilmington’s Flower Market with the Goo Goo Dolls, I
also covered all shows in the New York area and assisted our Northeast Regional with guest lists, green rooms, and meet and greets.
 Created and distributed all Top 40 delivery and impact blasts. Blasts are sent to hundreds of partners and clients through All Access and PlayMPE.
 Designed and developed all Top 40 advertisements for Mediabase, AllAccess, FMQB, and NewMusicServer.
 Central liaison between Top 40 National Staff and Independents, outline current and upcoming priorities on a daily basis.
 Handled all ticketing requests and buys for the New York office including artist showcases, special events, and flyaways.
 Organized, planned, and catered monthly office happy hours for 75-100 artists, partners, clients, and employees. Secured sponsorships for events.
 Assisted two EVPS’, two VP’s, and one Regional with all administrative duties; managed and mentored department interns; and onboard new department hires.
Promotion, Assistant December 2014 – August 2015
 Created, developed, and distributed reports to the Promotion Staff daily using Mediabase, Nielsen SoundScan, BDS Radio, BDS Music Tracking, BDS Encore, Burbank, CA
BDS Realtime, Media Monitors, Rate The Music, and Shazam. Handled all ticketing requests and ticket buys for the department nationwide.
 Recorded and disseminated notes from weekly WBR Executive Meeting. Only non-executive to attend.
Publicity and Lifestyle Marketing, Intern July 2012 – May 2013
 Produced bios, press releases, and pitches for campaigns and participated in traditional and digital media for new releases, special events and tours.
 Retained campaign coverage, participated in coordination of talent and media for special events, and assisted in the facilitation of media days.

 Curated content for “Brands in the News” on the Brand Studio’s website, assembled marketing materials, and coordinated stakeholder interviews. Beverly Hills, CA
 First point of contact for the Chief Branding Officer, Executive Vice President, and team. Responsible for scheduling and coordinating travel and calendars.
 Processed invoices and monthly expense reports, devised and maintained office systems, updated the Brand Studio database, and handled heavy email and phones.
