DENIAL OF REGAL CINEMAS, INC.'S ANSWER TO INTERROGATORIES,

TOGETHER WITH MEMORANDUM OF AUTHORITIES

Comes now the Plaintiff, Bedrock Ventures, Inc., ("Bedrock" herein) by and through its

attorney, E. Kent Hirsch, and for its Denial of Regal Cinemas, Inc.'s ("Regal" herein) Answers to

Interrogatories, together with Memorandum of Authorities, states:

1. The Answers to the Interrogatories filed herein on August 6, 2018 were too late

and should be stricken. The Court had, on July 23, 2018, already entered a Default Judgment

against Regal for failure to timely respond to the Garnishment served May 9, 2018.

2. In the alternative, Bedrock has evidence that Garnishee owes additional funds to

Defendant for the showing of the film "Getting Grace" in its theaters. See attachments 1 through

4 reflecting Hannover House as the Distributor of said film.

3. Further in the alternative, it has been made known that Garnishee may owe other

monies to Defendant for the showing of the movie "Dead Horse."

 MEMORANDUM OF AUTHORITIES

Ark. Code Ann. § 16-110-405 provides the procedure for Plaintiff to deny Garnishee's

Answer to Interrogatories.

WHEREFORE, Plaintiff prays that the Answer to Interrogatories attached to the Writ of

Garnishment be stricken or, in the alternative, that additional monies owed by Garnishee to

Defendant be included as funds subject to he Garnishment herein, together with any and all other

proper relief.
