finish line for the Broad Street Run and
has partnered with different organiza-
tions, such as the Pennsylvania Horticul-
tural Society, Fringe Arts and Philadelphia
Mural Arts. There’s outdoor yoga and a
running club. Almost a hundred reasons
to come to the Navy Yard.
All of which has helped Urban Outfit-
ters call the Navy Yard home for just over
a decade and it hasn’t looked back. The
company occupies 534,386 square feet in
11 vintage Naval buildings that it has con-
verted into what is classic creative space.
(It may have been among the first to define
