Market Needs:
Ethereal will be providing its customers with a high-quality event planning
service that specializes in all sectors as per the need of the customers. Ethereal seeks
to fulfill the following benefits that are important to their customers:
 Professionalism – This will be imperative as the service Ethereal
provides is, in effect, a representation of the customer relationship.
 Competitive Pricing – The pricing scheme will be competitive to
offer an incentive for the customer to outsource our services.
 Customer Services- The customer will get the service that all of
their needs are being met, regardless how small or inconsequent it
may seem.

Target Market:

The company will be going after the “social event market”. Our target
markets are middle to upper-middle class families, couples, individuals, or public
and private organizations.

We choose these groups because they are most able to afford event planners
and have the least amount of time to spare for event planning in general.

The fast pace of the world we live in leaves little time for extra things we
would like to do, like plan events, parties, and social get-together. Occasions fills
the need by being available to take on the burden of planning so that people can
spend time on more important things, like family and friends.

Target Money:

To be able to earn a profit of 10 million in 5 years.

Ethereal, based in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte, Philippines was founded in
2017. The company shares its expertise around the city to individual and business
associated with parties, wedding and other special occasions. We offer a variety of
packages and services according to the occasion such as budget planning and
management, catering, floral and décor concept and theme support and dresses. We
also provide services on different sectors such as social events, corporate events or
events for non-profit organizations.
Ethereal is one of the event coordinator company that holding hands with
our clients in organizing their memorable events and committed in fulfilling client
satisfaction. We provide services with the highest level of event planning and
management. We exist to attract and maintain customers. Our services will exceed
the expectations of our customers.
The main theme of our company will be to deliver services as per the need
range of the customers at suitable price range. We basically deal with the best
available alternative in the market so that together we can make it large. Our main
focus will be to collaborate and coordinate with each and every sector that will be
necessary for any event to be of world class.

Ethereal is entering their first year of business. Marketing will be critical to

service provider offering high quality event planning at a price that is cost effective

1. Competitors will automatically part of the business industry but this will not be
a worry to the business as long as there is a proper action plan to follow and

work and dynamism. As the name suggests, it means conceptualizing, planning,
organizing and finally executing an event. The event could be any type such a wedding,
birthday party or corporate events and etc. This company is just starting their first year
of operation, but holds a lot of promise for expansion. It offers enormous scope for
ambitious young people and such.
Event coordinator is the planning and implementation of events, large and small
that meet the marketing goals of an organization. Event coordinator is an area that is
growing rapidly, and is expected to have a better growth rate in the next decade.

The following recommendations are the formulated based on the findings
and conclusions.
1. There should be a good business plan to help achieved the goal.
2. Business should have SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and
Threat) analysis in order to be ready anytime.
3. Management should have competence in the operation of the business.
4. There should be innovation(s) in their tools & equipment to become more
competitive.
5. The extension of business and to cater or offer variety of services connected
to “Event Coordinator” will help the business to generate more income and
achieved the maximization of shareholder’s wealth.
