Frequency Band 1.8G, 10MHz BW, PDCCH symbol=adaptive, OL adaptive 2X2 MIMO,

Power=20W*2. Based on the contract, it is supposed to achieve Peak Downlink Throughput

around 60Mbps, but only around 30Mbps can be achieved at cell center with RSRP=-70dbm and

RS-SINR=28db.

There are quite a lot of factors which may affect the peak download throughput.

1. The number of OFDMA symbols mapping to PDCCH

2. Rank number or Transmission Mode (Spatial Multiplexing (SM) or Spatial Frequcy

Block Code (SFBC))

3. The number of scheduled RB

4. The MCS order

5. Block error rate (BLER)

Thus, need to have a look at the factors one by one. After checking the RRCConnectionSetup

message, it is found that the transmssion mode did not change from TM2 (SFBC) to TM3 (SM)

adaptively when the RF signal is good enough.

Send our wireless team to access the site and check the antenna and feeder installation.

Suggestion and
After checking, it is found that there is cross-feeder problem.. One feeder from antenna of cell A
Summary：
port A is connected to the RRU of Cell B. After correction the installation problem, the downlink

throughput goes to normal.
