Job Description – Data Analytics

Selected candidates in this role will be part of India’s

Biggest Healthcare Analytics team. They will be

working in different company’s functions to solve real

Healthcare problems and challenges.

Selected candidates in this role will be closely working

with IIMs, IITs & Tier-1 Global colleges Alumnus and

responsible for delivering Advanced Analytics projects

designed in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine

Learning (ML) domains.

Selected candidates will be responsible for creating

specifications to bring data into a common structure,

creating product specifications and models, developing

data solutions to support analyses, performing analysis,

interpreting results, developing actionable insights and

presenting recommendations for use across the

company. Also there will be great exposure to interact

with stakeholders to understand data requirements and

develop tools and models such as segmentation,

dashboards, data visualizations, decision aids and

business case analysis to support the organization.

Job Responsibilities

-Create, analyze and conducts data analysis in support

of a variety of analytic solutions.

Collects and interprets (usually from SMEs): data, data

transformation, algorithmic, and modeling requirements

based on business needs

Work includes Organizes, sorts and filters data in order

to distinguish patterns and recognize trends.

-To work through the entire life cycle of a project from

inception to implementation.

- Develops logic, modeling and specifications:

a. Creates data transformation logic and

specifications

b. Creates analytic/algorithmic specifications

c. Develops predictive models either for direct use

in a service project *or* creates specifications for use in

implementing in products/on-going service offerings

-Develop and maintain working relationships with key

customer stakeholders

Excellent communication and decision making skills are

essential

Programming Experience (Python, R, Java or any

Object Oriented Programming) is an added advantage.
