“A leader for such a time as this”

th
24 Ward Public Opinion Poll
Survey Reveals That Majority of 24th Ward Voters Believe
The Ward is Headed in the Wrong Direction, And
New Leadership is Necessary to Move Forward

We would like to thank those of you who took the time to complete the 24th Ward Public
Opinion Poll. We distributed a questionnaire to 2,600 registered voters in the 24th Ward by e-
mail and posted it on Facebook, and our campaign blog between September 17, 2010 and
October 3, 2010. While the results are not scientific, your feedback may be useful in helping our
campaign to refine a platform that reflects your views, rather than making assumptions that we
know what’s best for you. These data may also be used to develop an agenda for the 24th Ward
after the election. The responses are summarized below.
