NOTICE
‘Sub: Hostel fees for new entrants (B.Tech./PG students) for session 2018-19
All the new students (UG/PG students) those who are getting admission in new session 2018-19 are advised
to deposit hostel fees as per following instructions.
|. All PG (M.Tech/MBA/MCA/M. Plan) Boys students will get only single occupancy rooms.
Annual Hostel Fee structure for PG boy’s students is given below
(a) Hostel Caution money > Rs. 5000/- (one time only & refundable)
(b) Hostel Maintenance Charges > Rs. 15.000- pa.
(c) Hostel Electricity and water charges > Rs. 6,000/- pa.
(d) Room rent for Single occupancy > Rs. 20,000/- pa
Total Rs 46,000/-
AILPG (M.Tech/ MBA/MCA/M Plan) Girls students will get Triple occupancy rooms.
Annual Hostel Fee structure for PG Girls students is given below
(a) Hostel Caution money > Rs. 5000/- (one time only & refundable)
(b) Hostel Maintenance Charges > Rs. 15,000 pa.
(c) Hostel Electricity and water charges > Rs. 6,000/- pa
(d) Room rent for Triple occupancy > Rs. 10,000/- pa.
Total> Rs 36,000/-
3. All First year UG (B.Tech./B.Arch/B, Planning) Boys & Girls students will get Tri
le Occupancy rooms.
Annual Hostel Fee structure for new B.Tech./B.Arch/B, Planning) students is given below
(a) Hostel Caution money > Rs. $000 (one time only & refundable)
(b) Hostel Maintenance Charges > Rs. 15,000- pa.
(c) Hostel Electricity and water charges > Rs. 6,000/- pa
(d) Room rent for Triple occupancy > Rs, 10,000/- pa.
» Total Rs 36,000/-
All the new entrants are advised to deposit annual hostel charges (at the time of admission) as mentioned
above. It is compulsory to deposit annual hostel charges in singh
installment only.
NOTE for UG students: In case DOUBLE occupancy rooms will be available at later stage, then students will be
shifted into double occupancy rooms and hostel charges of double occupancy rooms will apply. For this
students will be informed. Preference will be given in the order of their reporting dates of admission desk.
