RESOLUTION NO. 02
SERIES OF 2018

A resolution to request from the Municipality of Tarangnan, Samar through the office of Hon.
DANILO V. TAN, Municipal Mayor of Tarangnan Samar to allocate fund for the rehabilitation
of Brgy. Road of Brgy. Bahay Tarangnan, Samar.

WHEREAS, there is a need to rehabilitate the said brgy. road which is badly needed by the
community living in brgy. Bahay due to the severe damage of the said brgy., as it will greatly
lessen problems encountered by the commuters and residence of brgy. Bahay Tarangnan,
Samar.
WHEREAS, from the time that the road was constructed the said road was not able to
rehabilitate by the previous administration. People of this brgy. Are complaining due to no
action taken from the brgy. Official.

WHEREAS, we the newly elected brgy. officials promise our constituent to improve the status
of our brgy. and tried our best to established the commitment given to them.

WHEREAS, the Barangay council decided and agreed to seek financial help from the
municipality of Tarangnan to resolve the said present problem encountered of the said brgy.
and the community as well.

WHEREAS, the council believes that in order to realize and resolved the problem we need to
sake help from your good office in order to lessen the burden encountered.

WHEREAS, the Barangay as a basic institution of the society is mandated to provide the basic
services of the government in order to sustain, maintain its operation and welfare of its people
in the community.

NOW THEREFORE, a motion presented by Hon. Renalyn I. Abarquez, member of the

Sangguniang Brgy. And duly seconded by the majority members of the council, be it.

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved that the Brgy. Council of this Brgy. will request to the
Municipality of Tarangna through the office of Hon. Danilo V. Tan Municipal Mayor of
Tarangnan Samar to allocate an amount for the reconstruction of brgy. road of Brgy Bahay
Tarangnan, Samar.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that the copies of this resolution be submitted to the office of the mayor
for his favorable action and realization of the said project.

ADOPTED and APPROVED this 2nd day of July, 2018 at Sangguniang Brgy. Of Brgy. Bahay
Tarangnan, Samar.
