Scope of work

ProVise advised the client to implement eGRC solution to overcome the challenges highlighted by the senior
management during the initial meetings.
ProVise was engaged to provide project management and end to end support for the eGRC automation activities
for this large banking group in Bahrain.

Value Delivered

ProVise delivered the following value to the client:


 Ownership and Accountability: We took the ownership and end to end accountability to drive every
stakeholder and ensure implementation in record time.
 Time constraints and dependencies: In order to achieve certification on time, the completion of eGRC project
was imperative, hence, we managed the eGRC project, defined the timelines and milestones very clearly along
with roles and responsibilities.
 Management Commitment: There was a strong push from the management and the goal of organization was
well communicated to the employees. So the commitment from the employees contributed in making this
project a success.
 Communication: Our team established a well defined communication plan with the client team as the number
of stakeholders involved was high. Roles and responsibility of the team was well communicated to each
stakeholder involved.
