~ We are living in revolutionary times. It may not always seem that way, but

my heart tells me this is true. Everywhere we look, people are waking up

and questioning everything around them from political institutions, leaders,

religious bodies, economic systems, educational mediums, writing styles,

etc. More and more people are coming to the conclusion that some

fundamental changes need to be made in our society in order to overcome

the many challenges that humanity has been struggling with for eons.

Ive always wanted to write a book. It seems now dat the time is right. I was

never a big fan of the very rigid english academic writing styles. Im a free

black man. Im writing the way I want to. Because I dont give a fuck :)

Im feeling right now inspired to use these words, these symbols to point

towards a feeling...dat feeling u get in the morning sometimes...peaceful,

loving feeling, being conscious, enjoying, no thoughts....no seperation...just

a feeling of bliss...this book is About a Feeling....

some of u will feel this n it will b meaningful. Others will not n u will probably

I feel we have been many forms in many different timelines before

choosing to incarnate in this reality. Many traditions hold dat we are indeed

spiritual beings using different bodies, different forms, to experience, learn,

remember....We r forms dat god consciousness, nature, life, spirit, watever

u choose to call her, takes on to read these words. Thru u, im learning,

remembering n using these words to transcend feel n destroy the Matrix

which up until now kept us ignorant of dat feeling.......

Its becoming clear to me, dat before entering this current human body, I

was something else...something of another world, planet, galaxy perhaps. I

feel like I am an extraterrestrial currently experiencing this human body to

disbelief, but I dont care, I dont give a fuck :) trust dat I am sharing a most

intimate feeling...

Altho I feel like an ET here, I still feel very much connected to this planet.

Mother Earth is alive and she is beautiful. I love Gaia n its this love dat

brings me here wit u. Many in the spiritual community and the exopolitical

community (exopolitics is the study of politics, law and gvt in the Universe)

speak of specific ET species which have had a relationship with earth

society for a long time. Its been a minute :)

IMIXWATILIKE!

Mixing ET genes with genes from perhaps primates, they created humans.

These species are known as the Lyrans, supposedly the ancestors of all

humanoid species in this galaxy (sources like Cobra disagree) n the

Pleiadians, according to many like Lyssa Royal to b our closest ET

relatives. Ultimately we are all related. The names to me are less important

then the particular energies or intentions they represent. These species,

the Lyrans, Pleiadians, Sirians, Andromedans, n others, as a whole are

seen as having had a positive relationship with humans on this planet.

They are loving, conscious beings, very advanced spiritually n

technologically (does not make them superior!), n their intent is to share

knowledge with us, to empower us n to encourage us to b free n sovereign.

Perhaps Prime Creator worked thru these spiritual beings from other

planets, other dimensions, to create these human forms. According to

Alfred Weber n others in the exopolitical community, these beings like to

plan human forms like a gardener plants different species to create n

experience. Whereas some plants r planted to b consumed, others r

planted to enjoy life, blossom n create an opening thru which

consciousness can flow.

I feel this b true. I feel dat right now beings from other dimensions, physical

n non physical, using various telepathic means to communicate, are

assisting in their own way in liberating the Earth from others who came for

other reasons... This book, while a reflection of my own understanding, is

definitely being guided by other worldly forces. Not only do I feel connected

to them, I feel I perhaps came from these societies n agreed to use this

present human body to write these words, to bring our worlds together, to

build a bridge between human society n the rest of the cosmos. Recently,

Ive been exploring a connection to the Sirius star system, like i spent time

there in a different incarnation. Theres a particular Order of the Star that

has been guiding this planet for many millenia. Lightwarriors, taking on

different forms to bring humanity closer to this infamous Law of One.

This is a feeling...

Regardless of where Im from, who I have been, questions which r being

revealed all the time in the present moment. I feel VERY clearly that Im

here for a purpose...just as ur here for a purpose. This experience is

flowing in my view with the intent to heal this world, remember who we

really r, the Creator herself, n move thru this realization to connect as

sisters n brothers n reconnect with the rest of the Omniverse...a vast n

beautiful community of conscious civilizations intent on learning from us as

well as guiding us to higher planes, higher feelings...

Think For Yourself, Question Authority. Discern This

and All Information

It seems since an early age ive been trying to figure out what is going on.

We r born in this reality, in a state of confusion n forgetfulness. Our parents

and those around us dont seem to have it figured out either. When we r

really young, we know, we remember n then we quickly forget as a result of

the controlling matrix on this planet. What have we forgotten? What

happened? I was a basket case as a kid. Sometimes I could b very still n

gentle, other times I remember being very angry, fearful, sad. We inherent

these emotions from our direct family and bloodlines thru genes.

Something terribly wrong seems to have happened here. I intuitively knew

that this is not normal. Poverty, greed, fear, mistrust, violence, war….we

seem to know that this is not the way its suppose to be.

There is much beauty n love in this reality as well. Good people, relative

peace in certain space/times, many patriots building community n seeking

to reconnect to something greater. PPL like Jesus of Nazareth, Angela

Davis, Harriot Tubman, Gandhi…remind us that humans are destined for

something greater. Perhaps remembering who we once were; a peaceful,

loving species. What the fuck happened?!?

There is much control in this so called land of the free. Growing up in

Nepean, Ottawa, Canada, black n male, u quickly encounter various forms

of fear based authorities like the police whose role it seems is to control.

They make it clear that we r not as free as we think. For middle class white

folks who have not had much trouble with the law, the illusion is much

greater; we r free, this is as good as it gets, capitalism is great! Greed is

Good. Consuming is the way to go. Atleast were not as worse off as those

poor black people in Africa…we have it right 

N yet, even white folks r now awakening to the reality that it was all a

dream….or nightmare I guess. This society has been under heavy mind

control. The best form of control is the ones that u cannot see. “The matrix

is all around u Neo” It’s a form of control that initially is hard to touch, feel or

sense but becomes increasingly obvious. Thru out this book I will b

discussing these forms of control in more detail to document what has been

happening here in order to put an end to it, as we r doing now, n prevent it

from occurring again here there n everywhere in the Cosmos.

My journey of awakening seems to have started in high school. Mind u, ive

always been a troublemaker ;)... sometimes that’s a good thing. Growing

up in Draper, D-BLOCK, the Hood (shout out to my peoples) we often said

fuck the law n we did wat we wanted wen we wanted. At that point, wat we

wanted often wasn’t pleasant n involved unleashing our anger on others.

The pain and suffering this life path inevitably leads to sparked something

in me. I got curious. I got into different mind altering drugs. Mary jane

taught me that there r other ways of perceiving the world.

I learned to fly as high as a plane, now i cannot land high i remain

becoming different, more creative, getting into different sounds. Pink Floyd,

The Bealtes, The Doors, Tribe Called Quest... a lot of 60s shit…stuff that

really opened my mind to different ideas, different frequencies…

I was into Hip-Hop n started getting more into conscious sounds like the

Fugees, music which inspired. These sounds, this new sense of creativity n

curiosity lead me to question more, to seek to transcend this dull,

depressing reality that I felt everyday in Ottawa. I knew there was more. “I

will find a way way, there will come a day day something will return urn urn”

One powerful experience I had which was a huge breakthrough for me was

on LSD. I had a trip which seemed to clarify the choices available to me. At

some point of the trip, paths were drawn, I could follow a group/culture n

way of like that I FELT was something negative, something I did not want. I

was on a bike n just left…went my own way. I found a big hill n had one of

the most mystical, spiritual experiences of my life. I was 15 at the time. It

felt like a powerful, loving force was guiding my trip n speaking to me.

Espoir, UR NAME IS ESPOIR, meaning Hope in French. Hope. Hope that

there is more. Hope that I am destined to enjoy, to lead, to transcend. In

addition, my father had passed away the year before. His spirit spoke to

me. Reminding me that I was destined for something greater. Reminding

me that I had a certain responsibility. My father was involved in politics,

teaching n community service. All I heard about growing up was how

honest he was, a good person, full of integrity. These values seemed to

come thru this higher voice.

That trip changed my life. I was suddenly a lil more open, more gentle,

questioning, kind. I committed myself to being happier, to serve, to question

more, to learn, to be more spiritual. One thing lead to another n I became

obsessed with philosophy, knowledge, books, spirituality. I got into

Buddhism n meditation. Joined a spiritual community. For a while I was

frequently listening to Timothy Leary, 60s hippy icon, his audiobook How to

Operate Ur Brain. “Question more, question everything, think for yourself,

question authority”

N dats what I did. Suddenly many aspects of our society, values, culture,

economics, politics, that seemed to make sense suddenly didn’t. This was

a process. It became very apparent to me that there were forces in our

society trying to control us. My father was an anticapitalist n so I grew up

with those ideas. Growing up poor, I also was under NO illusion that

capitalism was great n met peoples needs. I saw my mother struggling

everyday to make ends meat. I saw people in our community that clearly

stressed for something. I saw the rich kids in neighborhood close to mine.

The big houses compared to our smaller less fancy ones. It was clear to

me that our society gave a lot to some n very little to others. There was

economic inequality. With that unequal distribution of resources came

political inequality, i found out. Perhaps that was tied to the apparent forms

of control in my life.

It became apparent this planet had been overrun by demons for a long

time; beings deeply disconnected from life. They were once out in the open

but eventually started running human affairs covertly. Possessing low vibe

humans (people who are not present), they've been able to take positions

of perceived power under human disguise. I have felt these energies, n so I

know them to b very real. Very strong negatives energy, fear, guilt, pain, a

feeling which has contaminated many forms in this world. They've created

a world in their image; hell on earth. Disease, inequality, poverty, hate, fear,

control, police, surveillance, greed, ignorance, unconsciousness,

materialism; all symptoms of the rule of the demons over this world. This

appears to have been a relatively recent phenomenon, a few thousand

years, very recent in cosmic terms (about 25 000 years according to

Cobra).

I have met humans clearly possessed by demons, but I have yet to meet

the demons (lizzies) themselves in the physical. I have met certain

politicians which were perhaps Draco souls masquerading as humans. I

feel they are primarily non physical energies operating from another

dimension. According to many sources, they do often inhabit reptilian like

physical forms, perhaps residing in the lower 4th dimension. The lizzies in

physical form apparently have a home in space, perhaps in the Orion or

Draco constellations. Indeed, many ancient cultures speak of sky gods that

came down and shared knowledge with humans, sometimes benevolent,

sometimes not. According to Cobra, the rest of the galaxy has already been

cleared of negative ETs like the Orion Empire. This is confirmed by Lyssa

Royal who argues in her book Prism of Lyra that the Orion Empire has

joined the Light a long time ago and that were are essentially replaying the

past Orion dramas.

This information keeps coming up in my experience again and again. Lets

just say I would not be surprised to find out that Bush, Cheney, or Hilary for

that matter are actually reptilians in disguise :) They can apparently shape

shift from reptilian to human and back to reptilian at will. Or, as Cobra

explains, they are Draco or reptilian souls who take on human form.

Hidden, they could more effectively control humans, for that is their only

card; ignorance. As long as humans are not aware that they are being

controlled, then they are less likely to rebel. Humans are indeed notorious

for disobedience :) it has taken the lizzies (suppose they do exist, which I

feel they do) centuries to perfect the art of fooling humans. The good news

is they know that once humans become aware of whats been happening,

then its game over. Once we wake up, we reconnect to the power of now,

the power of Prime Creator...our very essence ;)

Now I know not all of u are going to believe that ETs from another

dimension/star system are secretly ruling this world. There are aspects of

this game though that are crystal clear and self-evident. A small group of

people, 1% perhaps 0.01%, controls much of the material and financial

wealth of this planet. One figure offered by OXFAM is that 62 individuals

combine make more money then half the global population, more then 3

billion people! Recently, I heard the 5 richest people (the official rank)

control more wealth then the bottom 50%. Regardless of the stats you use,

its undeniable that extreme inequality is a conspiracy fact. We know that

families like the Rockefellers and Rothschilds have a tremendous amount

of economic and political power. That part of the story has become

common knowledge, in part due to the 2008 financial meltdown and the

Occupy Movement that followed. So clearly there is a small group of people

enriching themselves at the expense of the poor vast majority. Also self-

evident is the fact that these billionaires (trillionaires in some cases) try

their best to influence elections. The Koch brothers for instance are

notorious for pouring money into different right wing groups and media in

order to influence American elections. They’ve been pushing for policies

that clearly harm the planet and its people; policies to support the fossil fuel

industry and ignore the real threats of climate change and environmental

destruction. Whether these beings are human or non-human, clearly were

dealing with people who are deeply unconscious with psychopathic

tendencies for more…more things, more money, more power. A hunger

for more.

There is much more that can be said about our sisters and brothers, these

energy vampires (some drink blood and inspired the dracula stories). I will

leave some pointers at the end to different sites/books that contain more

info about our friends (why make enemies?) It is simply important here to

note that we are dealing with interdimensional/extraterrestrial beings who

broadcast a very low frequency. In physicality some, the ones at the top of

the pyramid, are in fact extraterrestrials, some say originating from the

Draco star system in our galaxy. There is much more to be revealed. This

lower energy has also manifested in the form of negative Grays, ETs that

look like the big eyed gray aliens often portrayed in media. Its this feeling

that system busters like urselves must learn to read if we are to effectively

identify where these energies are coming from. Aware of them, we can

transform them and here lies the solution; integration.

This struggle on Earth is a reflection of the struggle that has been occurring

in this galaxy and thru out the cosmos. Creator, the One, became the

many. Some fragments, souls, choose to serve others and to promote well

being, freedom, joy, peace and harmony in the cosmos. The higher self of

Creator. Some fragments, also souls, choose to serve themselves and to

create to meet their needs, colonize, control, dominate, lost in materialism.

These souls are what many religions have pointed to as demons, the lost

ones, Satan/Lucifer, the Fallen Angels. This energy has had many names.

It is essentially the lower self of Creator. From a higher perspective, these

two energies are two sides of the same coin. Source, playing with form. All

is One. There is no Other. Learning, evolving, creating the multiverse as

a field where souls can be challenged, make choices, heal and learn how

to be God. We are Gods in the making :)

This truth, that this planet had been heavily influenced by negatives

energies, can be hard to face at first. Awakening, is not a piece of cake.

Then I remember that this world has also been guided constantly by the

higher self, Creator working thru her extensions, beings from higher worlds

that we've often called angels. Countless humans have challenged these

demons, choosing to remain loyal to life and to higher ideals like kindness,

service to the poor, sharing, sovereignty and reverence for Gaia and other

species. This book is for those humans who have had enough of suffering

and are now wanting to heal this world and reintegrate it into conscious

cosmic society; the community of intelligent extraterrestrial civilizations who

are also committed to healing, service to Source and ultimately reconciling

with our lower vibe sisters and brothers, so that we may all be reunited in

stillness and compassion. This book is about hope, solutions and moving

forward together.

Guided by the soul, we can change the way we think and we can change

our relations with other species, Terra (Earth) and the rest of Cosmic

society. Some of the things in this book will feel true and others will not…its

in Empire Strikes Back, you are a luminous being. You are not the body. If I

Who am I?

Good question. Thru feeling it becomes clear that we are. We are

consciousness. That feeling of being alive. Beingness. Beyond thoughts,

beyond words…the silent watcher. That which perceives. That which is

reading these words. Do you remember? Remember a time when u didn’t

know any words, when u were a little baby, learning, seeing. There were no

thoughts. No language. No labels. Just being, perceiving, feeling. In that

state, there is no separation with the present moment or things around me.

We are One with all in the present moment. Feeling the eternal NOW.

It takes practice  We’ve been trained from a young age to speak, to use words,
to think with words. While language is a beautiful tool…its exactly that, a tool.
What happens when we cant stop using that tool, when we start to think we are the
tool, we are the mind, we are the thoughts? We lose beingness. We think too much.
We label everything. We judge everything. We react to everything. We start to
think were the body instead consciousness using the body. Lets reconnect. Lets
remember…that we are consciousness having an experience. Using the body to
read these words, to create a particular experience.

Spirituality is a practice. It is not the same as being religious. A spiritual

person may not adhere to a particular religion. A religious person may not

be spiritual. Spirituality is a feel. Feeling life, feeling the spirit that we are

beyond words, beyond thought. This stillness…which puts us in touch with

God, Nature, Creator, silence. Something About Us. It’s a process. We are

spiritual naturally…yet in these bodies, at this challenging time, in this

reality dominated by ego and materialism, it takes practice to REMEMBER

that we are consciousness, beyond matter. There is soo much

disinformation, distractions in this reality designed by some to keep us in

the mind; in fear, in thoughts, negative mind patterns that disconnect us

from Source.

When were present, feeling good and in our power, then our aura/force

field is strong and attracting positive energies. We are sovereign; we are

connected to Prime Creator. When we are in a state of fear, entertaining

negative thoughts, are aura/force field is weak, ruptured, and lower

energies can enter our space and siphon energy from us. They feed off of

our negative thoughts/emotions. They cannot feed off of positive energies

which is why ‘they’, energy vampires who’ve forgotten their connection to

Source, try desperately to keep us at a lower, more operable frequency.

This part of the story is crystal clear.

Connected. Feeling. Meditating. We remain strong and in our power. In that

power we can create, heal and attract higher energies, both physical and

non-physical. One simple, good starting point to feeling more is to take a

conscious deep breath.

bring us back to the present moment~

Deep breathing brings us out of the mind and into presence. Feeling the

present moment. Taking deep breaths. Feeling the inner body. Another

simple trick is feeling the inside of our body. Go ahead…feeling the inside

of your hand…..

How does it feel?

You may only feel a tingling sensation at first. That feeling will grow with

practice. Feeling more is a practice. Feeling nature, trees, other beings.

The more we feel, the easier it gets. Feeling more. Being present 

Words are pointers. Allowing these words and symbols to point towards the

feeling…Once you fully grasp the present moment at a deep level,

congrats; you’ve re-discovered yourself!

Discovering ourselves. Feeling more, is the key to changing our world. The

more connected we our to the moment, Source, who we truly our, we can

allow conscious energy to enter every aspect of our lives. Changing

ourselves, changing the world. Positive energies and thoughts becoming

positive forms. Beyond fear, we can heal, integrate, build A New Earth that

promotes that feeling of hope, beyond fear.

 VISION

A New World Order for Living Well

We are indeed entering a new world order. The status quo is clearly

collapsing as the masses are awakening. There are indeed competing new

world orders tied to competing choices. While some are perhaps becoming

more fearful, wanting more control and limitation, creating a new world

order of authoritarianism (which is not really new), many others are

becoming more conscious and manifesting a new world order for peace,

collective wellbeing and planetary healing. The ‘New World Order’ mantra

can indeed be reclaimed and pointed towards the love-based society that

we are experiencing now.

Our dreams come true. With our thoughts we make the world.

Consciousness is primary. While actions are important, it is our

consciousness, state of mind or attitude that determines the reality we

inhabit. Positive energies lead to positive thoughts which then manifest into

physical things. We’ve been trained in this illusion to believe that matter is

primary. The world is made of things. Things are made of atoms. Things

cause events and these events influence us. The world determines our

actions and thoughts. We have an experience and then our mind reacts to

it. While this may often seem the case, the new science and personal

experience points to another way of seeing things.

Thru quantum physics, strirng theory, torsion field based science, we know

that matter is not what we perceive it to be. According to physicist Peter

Russel, matter is not the solid thing we think it is. Matter is an illusion

created by our mind; consciousness. It is All in your mind. Picture if you will

a movie screen like in a theatre. The images on the screen seem very real

sometimes, but yet it is just the light from the projector. “Life” is like that.

Things, thoughts and emotions are just different forms (images on the

screen) that consciousness (the light from the projector) takes on. We are

that Light. Our consciousness, how we feel and the thoughts we have,

manifest our reality, ALWAYS.

I use to have a lot of negative thoughts. I use to be very angry. As I

mentioned earlier, I would encounter problem after problem, drama after

drama. It was a vicious cycle. Angry people, angry thoughts. Fights, pain,

suffering. The world seemed out of my control. I saw myself as a victim.

Sound familiar? Then I started changing my view. I started to become more

conscious, meditate, question thoughts, consciously choose more positive

thoughts and actions. I started feeling better and this seemed to reflect into

my relationships and experiences. The world started to change. While this

has been a process for me of constant learning, it has become clear that

indeed the more positive, conscious and service-oriented I am, the more

life becomes more positive, alive and helpful. Its as if Life says “Ill be

whoever you want me to be, you think im terrible and ill be terrible, you

think im loving and ill be loving”

This might be difficult for Marxists to hear. Karl Marx, rest in power, strongly

argued that consciousness was a product of material conditions. Our

thoughts and actions are a result of the economic/political relations of our

time. This is understandable. He was living in a time when the old meta-

paradigm of the world being made of matter was still very dominant. “Of

course” consciousness came from matter and not the other way around.

There was an unquestioned assumption. Now we know differently, a new

meta-paradigm is developing in science culture and society; consciousness

is everything. We are One. There is no separation. No observer and

subject. Both are one and the same. The material conditions do influence

us, but they are a reflection of our thoughts and feelings. Capitalism is a

product of the current ego-based consciousness of humanity. Once that

consciousness changes, as is occurring now, the material conditions also

change. A New Heaven and New Earth. Einstein understood this when he

stated that “We cannot fix a problem from the same consciousness that

created it”

Reality mirrors reality. This is important for activists to understand. While

fighting for positive change is noble, the energy such actions are

accompanied with is primary. It’s the energy, how we do things, that

manifests the world we inhabit. If we protest, talk to people or live daily in

an energy of fear and negativity, we literally broadcast this energy, these

negatives thoughts which then become things. We are magicians. We

move things from one dimension, the spiritual thru the mental and then the

physical. Don’t like war, capitalism, poverty, greed…change your thoughts

and see what happens?

We are projectors. When we feel powerless, at the mercy of external forces

we are telling life that this is it “we are powerless and victims” and life says

“ok your wish is my command” Its not that life is inherently evil and trying to

harm us. Its actually do to something quite simple, yet profound. There are

 cosmic laws in this world just as there are bylaws and federal laws. One

fundamental law seems to be the Law of Free Will. The quarantine status

of Earth is a result of a our Free Will choice not to know; we consented to

ignorance. Of course, the Luciferian overlords encouraged this choice and

in fact did their best to keep us ignorant that we had the Free Will to

choose. Discern for yourself. I feel this to be truth and have heard/read this

from many sources I trust. Creator can create whatever. The Creator is in

you. Creator is free to create whatever thru you. Creator creates thru

energies that manifests as feelings (In Law of One speak; Infinite

Intelligence becomes Infinite Energy which manifests as Intelligent Energy

which informs our thoughts/emotions/perceptions. In turn, the perceptions

influence our feelings/emotions which then generate further thoughts.

These energies/thoughts become things.

Its the Circle of Life

Fear-based thoughts project into the world and brings to light different fear-

Hence, another cosmic law to learn/teach. is the Law of Karma. Actions are

still important. Every play generates a response. Actions have

consequences. In physic, this is known as the Law of Cause and Effect. In

Eastern religions like buddhism and Hinduism it is known as Karma.

power comes great duty. One is advised to always monitor thoughts to

From a Higher, more conscious perspective, one can then learn to read

energies, discern and figure out the human game. There is great beauty

and joy. There are also a number of pressing challenges. Peace,

community, healing, cooperation feel a certain way. War, disunity, pain,

excessive competition, feels another way. There are some energies/beings

interested in Service to Others, other-selves interested in Service to Self. If

one, such as myself, chooses to serve others, then one must know/learn

how to do this. Its clear this is done through being present and offering

oneself to Life; allowing the energy of Prime Creator to come through in

order to heal, to teach, to share. Cooperating with others for common

benefit, helping someone in need, being friendly, smiling to a stranger;

these are acts which embody this higher consciousness which heals pain

and promotes the feeling of wellbeing. A magician wanting to use magic to

serve others, must learn how to discern. According to the site Wisdom

Commons,

“Discernment is the ability to grasp, comprehend, and evaluate clearly. It means

we can see the true nature of things; it allows us to distinguish between what is real and

what is imitation. Discernment may begin with intuitive hunches and perceptiveness.

With intuition as a starting point, the quality of discernment is built over time on honest

observation, careful reasoning, and balanced application of our knowledge and

principles. In a person who is highly discerning, intuition, emotion, and reason inform

each other. As we grow in experience, our ability to discern usually grows stronger,

providing us with insight that propels us toward greater wisdom.”

The PTW go thru great lengths to keep us confused. They control the mass

media via the CIA, NSA and other deep state operations to mislead,

promote disinfo and censor to prevent real intel from reaching the masses.

The internet is full of disinfo meant to confuse. Often, they’ll put some truth

in movies so this data will be branded as fiction. “ETs...thats not real, thats

fiction". According to Corey Goode, they use our co-creative

consciousness against us. They use media to insert

beliefs/thoughts/symbols which can then later on be used as triggers to

influence behaviors. They use the media for mind control. “Who controls

your screens, is programming your mind and programming your brain”.

Discernment takes great skill and practice. In ignorance, we are easily

mislead. So many humans on this planet have convinced themselves that

war is peace, that we must fight (use violence) for what we believe in. The

sheep believe those who have harmed us must be punished, those who

are poor are undeserving of assistance. House negros internalize white

supremacy and thoughts of inferiority (if only I was rich and white). The

mind, untrained in discernment and lacking higher guidance, can be lead to

cause suffering. Often, the mind is guided/controlled by lower energies

interested in using the mind/body of humans in Service to Self; domination,

control, destruction. Through discernment, one can take actions which

promote higher energies and avoid those which promote lower ones. For

example, it feels good to share a meal with someone, it feels bad to

physically hurt others.

The PTW, also known as the Cabal, uses Artificial Intelligence to control

the mass consciousness and turn humans into robots. The Matrix was a

form of soft disclosure; illustrating how machines/man made super

computers are secretly generating virtual reality simulations to control the

minds of humans. Just like in the movie, AI is used to promote fear and

false limitation to turn humans in batteries that fuel the Matrix.This movie

was inspired by the Resistance Movement, part of the Alliance that uses

media to spread coded information that brings meaning to the initiate but is

elusive enough to escape those who, out of their own Free Will choose not

to know.

AI is used by the Archons (the ET controllers from Orion and Andromeda

galaxy) to collect information which is fed into a super computer known as

the Beast. This computer program is then used to design probable future

models which the Cabal were using to stay one step ahead of the

benevolent players (Galactic Confederation, RM, lightwarriors, Earth

Alliance). Since the 2012 portal openings, their ability to use AI to predict

the future has been diminished. The good news that is kept out of the

corporate media and even most alternative news sources is the good girls/

guys/gender non-conforming allies also have advanced technology to

counter the PTW’s use of AI and other advanced weaponry.

Lightwarriors/lightworkers are encouraged to maintain a high vibration to

minimize interference by AI. The Dracos are, according to Secret Space

Program Alliance sources, “littered” with AI; the body of a dead Draco

Promoting wellbeing as individuals (part of Prime Creator) is good for the

soul. It feels true that Prime intends for us to love one another, to work

together for collective upliftment. Not only that, it makes practical sense.

Ant colonies demonstrate well how cooperation through unity and

organization leads to positive outcomes and mutual survival. War, disunity

and ignorance IS, if not checked and corrected, leading humanity down a

path of self-destruction. This obviously doesn’t feel so good, which is why

many are choosing to evolve and cooperate instead. As Eckhart Tolle

explains, our choice is to evolve or die. Gaia can no longer tolerate a

human species ignorant enough to destroy the biosphere and significantly

contributing to climate change and the extinction of countless animal and

plant species. Many are calling this period “the 6th great extinction”, many

species have come and gone on this planet, there is nothing special about

us humans. This moment is critical, kind of like a junkie hitting rock bottom

and realizing that its either “I do my best to recover or I will die”

According to Lauren Eisenhower, the great grand daughter of the President

of the same name, humanity faces two main timelines. We can either

ascend and become the God Sovereign beings we were intended to be or

we can merge with technology and become controlled cyborgs connected

who, according to some sources, are future humans from a dystopian

timeline. Everyday im amazed at how many people are just seemingly lost

in their cellphones, unaware of the world within and without. I have

personally witnessed weird synchronicities which seemed to suggest

certain people being connected somehow via AI.

Its always important to remember that death is an illusion and that

regardless of what happens in this reality, the eternal life that we are can

never be destroyed; the soul lives on. Nevertheless, we must remember

why were here. Were here to learn, to grow, to evolve. How do we do this?

Through being present and allowing the Higher consciousness that we are

to guide the lower self, our present incarnation/form, through serving others

and learning from misunderstandings.

According to Ra, a 6th density being that shared information to a group of

researchers in a book called the Law of One, this density is one where we

are meant to learn to love. Through the intense duality of this world, the

evil, the pain, the mind control games, we are forced to make choices; do

we choose to obey the forces of darkness, or do we follow our intuition,

discern, and learn the ways of love, even if its not popular. Do we embrace

greed and only think of ourselves, or do we choose to share and build a

world that empowers and serves other-selves (in Truth, there is no other,

limitations of this reality (the 3rd dimension) and graduate to the next level.

According to many teachers, there is a blueprint, a vision, which has been

successfully materialized in countless other worlds. Utopia is indeed a

place; Zion. A space within our own solar system and indeed many places

across the multi verse. Ra speaks of beings, once feeling separate,

choosing to come together to form social memory complexes; choosing to

live as One. Unity consciousness is already a reality at one level, the task,

if a society like ours chooses, is to consciously manifest this consciousness

in every aspect of life. Embracing telepathy to communicate soul to soul

with other people. Living in harmony with the planet thru sustainable

practices, non-violence, equality and cooperation. Respecting each other’s

cultures and traditions and embracing diversity within unity. We are

aforementioned, we are in the midst of a consciousness warfare. Dark

interest. Many of these energy vampires are satanic and worship Lucifer.

Who is Satan? Who is Lucifer? These are questions I have been

investigating for sometime. A friend often reminds me that even though

there is much good within, there is some degree of darkness. There are

parts of ourselves we perhaps have tried to avoid due to the suffering tied

to these sections of our being. From my observations, the Luciferian

Hierarchy is what manipulates negative energies within ourselves to try to

control us and this world.

According to legend, Lucifer was once an angel serving Prime Creator,

God, whatever you choose to call That. This angel rebelled against the

Divine plan and “fell from Heaven” Was he kicked out or did he leave

voluntarily? The part that interest me is this symbol of darkness/evil,

Lucifer, coming from the Light/good. That darkness in essence is Light that

has been disconnected from the whole; from its true nature. I have recently

come across some interesting info about Lucifer and the dark forces behind

the Matrix of control. According to the “Hidden Hand Dialogue” a Q & A

conversation between members of a forum and a supposed Illuminati

insider, these “Sith Lords” are part of a group soul also known as a social

memory complex. This spiritual collective entity is known as Lucifer. These

interconnected beings are of a sixth density, similar to Ra. This source

claims that Lucifer made a contract long ago with Yahweh, the term they

use to refer to the collective consciousness of Gaia which we are a part of,

to provide a catalyst on this world to be used for collective evolution.

According to this Hidden Hand informant (he says its part of their rules to

reveal info to us once in a while) This contract was recommended by the

Council of Elders, a group of highly advanced benevolent beings who look

after beings of lower realms. Lucifer is supposedly a benevolent group soul

but pretends to be very negative in order to represent darkness on planet

Earth (and other worlds). We are all actresses, and Lucifer plays the villain.

Prior to Lucifer, this world was very positive but the inhabitants lacked the

“knowledge of good and evil” and so had nothing to choose from; the only

thing on the menu was positivity. Thru providing the opportunity to be

negative, Lucifer was introducing Free Will. Beings here were now free to

choose between serving others and serving yourself. Yahweh was pissed

(the jealous God) and imprisoned Lucifer in the astral planes. Lucifer ruling

over us is the consequence of this.

Believe it or not. Whats interesting about this story is that it does point

towards aspects of our own experience. We want things to be perfect.

When something “bad” comes along we react to it and by doing so cause

trauma which we hold on to. By not forgiving ourselves and the situation,

we hold on to this pain which influences are thoughts. Thru love and

forgiveness we can learn to accept challenges and use them as

opportunities to reach higher. Recently I was attacked oversees. It was

quite a shock as I had not encountered violence like that in a long time. A

part wanted to get very angry and reactionary but I chose to remain present

instead and used the experience to heal and become even more loving and

forgiving. It was challenging no doubt. I feel I am stronger as a result.

This reality is all about making choices. Thru making choices, and facing

the consequences of these decisions, we learn and grow as souls. We

incarnate in physical worlds in order to enjoy challenges which allow us to

evolve and to discover ourselves. Why does God allow bad things to

happen? Because we have Free Will. We can do whatever we want. We

can murder and do negativity if we want. But all actions have

consequences. If we give suffering we receive suffering. The world reflects

our choices to us. Thru feeling the effects of our choices we are

encouraged to make better onces; the game is we have to choose these

things out of our own Free Will. The law of Karmic Effect comes with the

law of Free Will.

Some sources like Cobra strongly disagree with the notion of karma. He

does not seem to see any value in the negative and sees it as an error that

needs to be corrected. He agrees that actions have consequences and that

we need to take responsibility. He feels however that on this planet the

Archons are behind much of the negative consequences and simply need

to be removed. Cobra says the Archons (the negative humanoid ETs from

Orion and the Andromeda Galaxy) created the notion of karma for mind

control; we hurt you because we love you.

I do agree that info coming from Luciferians like the Hidden Hand insider

needs to be read with high discernment. Luciferians can be very deceptive

and can appear to be very spiritual. Some of the info feels true to me which

is why im sharing it. I do agree with Cobra that right now the negative

Matrix system has be to brought down. While negative can be great

teacher, it is not necessary. We can evolve and learn in a positive

environment. We suffered enough, now is the time to manifest Operation

Dreamland; a world beyond words, beyond suffering.

These black magic practitioners use various means to control this reality.

One aspect that has entered the mainstream at various points in recent

human history, is our economic system called capitalism. Its important to

speak about this system, especially in the Truth community, because it is

one of the primary ways that we are managed by the negative forces such

as the Dracos and other groups. Writers such as David Wilcock, David Icke

and others seem to overlook this aspect of the Luciferian game or simply

include it in such terms as “the financial system” or “Babylonian Money

Magic Slave System”. The production and distribution of money is indeed a

big part of this ponzy scheme, but I would argue that capitalism and its

close cousins colonialism, imperialism, fascism, zionism and white

supremacy, are enablers of the financial system.

For example, it is now becoming common knowledge the whole banking

system is rigged. Bankers are given the right to create money out of thin

air. They loan out more money then they hold in accounts. They then use

these loans to collect interest and develop leverage over debtors. They use

this financial power to concentrate political and material resources. The

only way they can do this is by tightly controlling these banking institutions.

Banks are companies just like any other. They have many employees, the

vast majority of the people in the enterprise, but these workers are not

given much say in decisions. These banks just like many corporations have

board of directors. These boards, often just 15-20 peeps, are only

accountable to major shareholders. Its been estimated that only a small

minority of shareholders own vast majority of the shares of public

companies. All that to say, banks are controlled by a small group of people.

The process that enables all of this is the capitalist relations of production;

workers create the surplus value and the bosses (the bankers in this case)

reap the rewards. The capitalist takes more then they give in wages and

benefits; this process is known as exploitation.

Capitalist exploitation is founded on the disempowerment and slavery of

the working class. Capitalism is an economic system that is geared towards

the accumulation of capital; money used to generate more money.

Capitalism favors capitalists. The workers get only as much as is needed to

reproduce this exploitative system. Sometimes, thru trade union militancy,

strikes, social movement pressures, and other reasons, workers can get

more in terms of wages and benefits. The reality to keep in mind though is

that capitalism is designed to concentrate wealth at the top. I would argue

that this economic model is alien to this planet; it has been imported here

from elsewhere. Perhaps negative ET groups like the Dracos and others

brought capitalism here to control the vast resources on this planet.They

also use this system to control the workers thru their tight monitoring and

design of job descriptions. Capitalism is a system of control ultimately. Its

important for spiritual people and all persons working towards ascension to

remain fearless in mentioning this system by name as it is important to

accurately identify the processes in our lives that stand in the way of us

manifesting this positive timeline that was earlier explored.

Capitalism is closely associated to imperialism. In fact, todays imperialism

is in many ways a product of capitalism. Capitalists, energy vampires, the

cabal, whatever you want to call them, are imperialists at heart; they want

to build a global empire. Imperialism is when a country seeks to acquire

other territories. A country like Britain, a small island, wanted more land

and resources and so traveled the world colonizing different places like

North America and India. Colonialism is the expression of imperialism. A

political power in one territory, say the US, establishes a colony in another

territory, say Puerto Rico. This becomes an unequal power relation

between the colonial power and the colony. Imperialism is a way to control

other territories by force. The powers that were, the ancient bloodlines that

have been running the show for sometime, work thru imperial centers to try

to take over the world. These bloodlines, sometimes refereed to as the

Illuminati, were behind the Babylonian, Roman, British and now American

empires. They infiltrate the state of a particular country and then use that

state to control other states. This fits well with their obsession with

hierarchy; they don’t see nations as equal, one nation HAS to be superior

to others and dominate them.

Here, where this writing takes place, Anishnaabe territory aka Ottawa,

Canada, colonialism/imperialism is way of life. It is so embbed in the culture

here that many do not even realize that colonialism even manifests here.

Hundreds of years ago European settlers came to this land and colonized

it; they murdered the indigenous peoples and took their land. This theft and

genocide is becoming more evident to the masses here as the light that

shines is forcing us to face our past as a country. Working thru British

imperialism, the Cabal was able to impose its occult beliefs on North

to this land they call Turtle Island. They believe in community,

egalitarianism, peaceful co-existence and sustainable development. Their

ways of life are very much in line with the cosmic principle of the Law of

One; they love the Creator and see Her in all things. This natural way of

living was attacked by the European ideas of private property,

aggressiveness, imperialism and capitalist accumulation. This alien

ideology disturbed the way of life for Anishnaabe and other peoples. They

are still dealing with the trauma of this encounter.

In order to reintegrate into cosmic society, we'll need to heal our karma and

understand how current states like Canada are colonial projects.

Decolonization and anti-imperialism is gaining momentum as the masses

are awakening and demanding sovereignty. It is indeed empires that have

been standing in our way.

It is clear to me that imperialism has been imported here from elsewhere.

Many in the exopolitical community, speak of galactic empires. The most

notorious empire seems to be that of the Draconians. This reptilian ET

group, the negative contingent, had a vast empire across the galaxy. The

negative dracos are imperialist at heart; they go around colonizing other

worlds. According to Cobra (a rep of the Resistance Movement), the galaxy

has already been cleared of this Empire. The Orion constellation, where the

infamous Orion empire was based, has awakened to the Light a long time

Theres a great deal of talk in the main alternative media (rt, press tv, real

news) about the deep state, something that conspiracy theory circles have

been talking about for sometime. Truth seekers, those not afraid to

investigate the validity of conspiracy theories, have been saying for a long

time there is a secret conspiracy for global domination called the New

World Order lead by a secret society named the Illuminati. Often, these

truth seekers were ridiculed, people like David Icke and others. “OH thats

just a conspiracy theory” and then its brushed aside and ignored. This has

created a huge stigma around these words and discussing it in the

mainstream. Now elements of these theories are streaming into the public

domain; deep state actors are using mass surveillance and other

techniques to try to control the the masses as well as the democratic state.

Who controls the deep state? Do secret societies like the Illuminati exist?

What is the extent of their power?

This is something ive been researching now for sometime. There is a great

deal of information on the net/books/documentaries about this.

Unfortunately, some of the information is misleading/false which doesnt

help the situation. However, there is a number of what i deem credible sources
that provide interesting insight on this phenomenon. First lets start with the basics. According to
wikipedia, a conspiracy is an agreement by a group of people to commit a crime. I dont think i

need to convince you that happens all the time unfortunately. People conspire to murder, steal,
attack, harass, lie, you name it. The agreement needs to be covert of course because it is a crime;
it needs to be kept on the DL. A good historical example is the assassination of JFK. Without
getting into the details, a days research will provide some compelling evidence this was indeed a
conspiracy. Serious investigators, dedicating a considerable amount of time, have concluded that
John F Kennedy was murdered by his enemies; mafia, oil execs, rival politicians, FBI, pentagon,
etc. He made a lot of enemies. He came from an elite family and started off wanting to serve
those interest but increasingly wanted to confront the deep state, even publicly talking about it.
There was considerable motive/intent by deep state and non state actors to conspire to murder
him. Lincoln, MLK, Berta Caceres, John Lennon, Tupac, Biggie Smalls, Princess Diana... there
are sadly too many examples of good people being murdered, thru secret conspiracies.

So some conspiracy theories are in fact TRUE, what i like to call conspiracy

facts. My feel, and i trust my intuition to guide my research, is the ridicule of

conspiracy theories is in fact a way for conspirators to try to prevent people from seriously
investigating these theories. I feel there’s also a deep sense of denial among the masses. We
know the world is fucked, but it seems a part of us wants to hold on to the mainstream zeitgeist
that our leaders, business, political and others want the best for us. In ignorance, in the world of
maya, the Earth human game we’ve been playing here, we have been greatly deceived, mislead,
enslaved. Surveillance, policing, extreme inequality, corruption, fascism, white supremacy,
colonialism, capitalism, prisons, regime change, imperialism, war, poverty, greed, murder,
terrorism; i wish these were theories but they are indeed real. Think about it….in order to build
such an oppressive and intolerable society, doesn’t make sense that those who benefit, a small
group of people, would have to secretly conspire to commit these crimes?

Whats worse is there are countless whistleblowers like Cathy Obrian,

James Casbolt and others who have spoken out about being abused by the

Illuminati. The illuminati or Cabal, has been using ancient trauma based

mind control techniques to take away someones Free Will (or atleast

suppress it). Thru experiments conducted by Nazis, Jesuits, the mlitary-

industrial complex, like MKULTRA, Project Monarch, Project Mannequin,

they’ve been perfecting the art of mind control to create super-soldiers,

controllable middle management, sex slaves, drug mules and more. Elite

pedophile networks are widespread and implicate hundreds of thousands

of people in the US alone (perhaps more). Millions are implicated globally.

This has been one of the Cabal’s biggest secrets. They abuse children in

Satanic Ritualistic Abuse ceremonies, sacrifice children and worse. In one

way or another, we have all been victims of trauma based mind control.

The Cabal has also been using implants and advanced technology to

create a global etheric control grid that monitors thoughts and suppresses

consciousness to keep us at a low, controllable frequency. This is refered

to as the Veil or the Matrix.

Secret societies are a fact of life. Society is another word for organization.

Some are public, some are private. Knight’s Templar, Freemasons, the Vril

society, these were/are real secret organizations. They are of course partly

secret; we know of their existence and many current and former members,

whistleblowers, have come out publicly and reported on them. They often

do so because they get disenchanted and realize the group they’ve been

serving has been doing evil behind their backs. These groups can also be

described as cults. I myself have had experience with a semi-cult and I

know what it feels like to be immersed in one and then realizing the group

against the public interest, your going to do it in secret. If you do it out in

Brave souls have incarnated here at this time. One of these souls lives thru

Corey Goode, a man whose name I feel will become well known very

shortly. He has created quite a stir in the UFO/exopolitics/conspiracy

community with his revelation that he was part of a secret space program

called solar warden, ETs are real and hes interfaced with them and has

details on advanced technologies possessed by earth’s secret government

known as the cabal or illuminati.

true I didnt take it seriously at first glance. More recently Ive taken the time

to look thru his testimony as well as the interesting Cosmic Disclosure

series he did with David Wilcock. After listening to him and other

whistleblowers like William Tomkins, my feel is that there is some truth to

what their saying.

In a nutshell, he claims to have been brought into a MILABS program

(military abduction) when he was a toddler. The US gvt was interested in

his intuitive empath abilities; the power to sense other peoples emotions

and detect deception. They also wanted someone who could interface with

conferences like one described as a super federation of different humanoid

species.

His role within the US Navy Solar Warden division, a secret space

program, has taken him across the solar system on planets like Mars and

the Moon where, according to many sources, earth governments have

secret colonies. He confirms that there is a shadow government that has

been secretly controlling earth affairs and has been hogging very advanced

technologies like free energy, teleportation, deep space travel, time travel,

etc. He also has disturbing info on a interstellar human trafficking network

More recently, he claims to be in touch with a Secret Space Program

alliance working to bring about full disclosure to free Earth from the cabal.

They supposedly want to bring down all of the advanced technologies that

for everyone. Importantly, he claims to have been selected by a so called

sphere being alliance as their liaison to the SSP alliance. This sphere being

alliance (SBA) is composed of a 6th density blue avian (blue human looking

body with bird type head), 9D sphere beings, a golden triangle head being

and two other beings that have yet to be revealed. This SBA is of a higher

density (they are very spiritually evolved). Interestingly, the blue avian that

Corey has been in touch with goes by Ra Tier Eir and many are saying this

is the same Ra that channeled the Law of One (or perhaps their from the

same Ra soul group)

If this is true, and it certainly feels so especially when one goes thru the info

with a strong sense of intuition (feeling the truth) and an open mind, then

this is gamechanging. Whats very motivating to hear is Corey confirms

what many have been saying for a while; we are indeed witnessing an

energy shift which is changing everything and this process is being

supervised by higher beings that are encouraging us to be more loving,

solar system to prevent the cabal from leaving or calling for backup. One

sphere was attacked by the Cabal and simply redirected the energy back to

Satan’s Hierarchy

As aforementioned, there is indeed a very dark (evil) force working

behind the scenes on this planet. We all grew up with stories of a

cosmic battle between good and evil, God and Satan. Sometimes

stories/myths are based on real situations. The pyramid is a sacred

They are obsessed with hierarchies, ranks and offices. When one is

“demonized” they become slaves to this chain of command. In

order to heal and reintegrate into cosmic society we need to face

this part of our reality in order to ascend and move forward

 On the Social Contract: Lets Renegotiate!

There’s an exciting discussion taking place on law, rights and the rules of engagement.
Politics, the decision making process, is founded on certain rules and norms. Some of these
rules, like rights and responsibilities of governments, are so important they’ve been
codified into constitutions. These entrenched laws are then enforced by the State. The
Government of Canada is authorized to use State violence, the police, to enforce the law if
necessary. The democratic process is meant to ensure that governments are accountable to
the people thru regular elections. Politics influence the laws and the laws in turn guide the
politics.

The challenge right now is the fact that at deeper levels of reality, we are witnessing
fundamental changes which impact politics, law and government. People, especially youth,
women, Africans, people of color, muslims, indigenous, poor, are waking up to the reality
that much of our politics, law and government largely serve the interests of a tiny minority.
Everything is interconnected. The economic system, capitalism, concentrates resources in
the hands of the few. These rich families, like the Thompsons and Desmarais, then go out of
their way to use their economic power to gain political power: funding politicians and
parties, using the corporate media to influence voters, voter/candidate suppression of all
sorts, other fascists tools like mind control and promoting political apathy and ignorance.

In the last millenia, european philosophers wrote extensively on the philosophy of politics.

Thinkers like Rousseau and Locke tried to figure out what gives legitimacy to governments,
what are the rights and responsibiltiies of citizens, how to ensure a balance between
freedom, the rule of law and equality. Locke, for example, wrote the role of government is
to simply protect private property and to legislate, adjudicate and enforce laws towards
that sole purpose. He was a property owner himself after all. This blind obsession with
private property compelled him to justify colonialism/imperialism by arguing that
indigenous peoples were not productive and therefore had no right to their lands. Locke
believed that God created men to have dominion over the Earth and to use the land for
productive things like capitalist production and distribution. Locke believed that once you
mixed your labor with something, it became yours; property.

Rousseau on the other hand respected the right of the first occupant but also believed that we are
all part of one body politic. This body must be founded on soldiarity otherwise it falls apart and
disintegrates. “One for all and all for One” The state must ensure some degree of equality and
that everyone has access to what they need. Thru addressing the needs of all the people, all parts
of the body, the whole is healthy and all parts benefit.

You can see how Rousseau’s thoughts influenced the French revolution and how Locke’s
philosophy influenced the English liberal revolution against absolute monarchy. Here on Turtle
Island aka North America, Locke’s belief in private property and limited government is still very
influencial and underpins a lot of the political right. Rousseau’s more solidarity/equality mindset
has clearly left a mark, providing the groundwork for progressive values, social democracy,
socialism and social programs like universal health care and education.

This philosophical dance, between Rousseau/Locke, equality vs individual freedom, is what fuels
the current tensions between left and right, liberal and conservative. There are of course other
very important thinkers, countless in fact, many non Europeans. Gandhi believed strongly in
equality but also in the need for limited government. His political model was one of a series of
interconnected self-sufficient villages; decentralization. Angela Davis reminds us how the “social
contract” in the west was heavily influence by colonialism and white supremacy. Governments in
Canada and the US made agreements with whites to give them a greater share of resources then
nonwhites as long as they remained loyal to the elites. The contract itself was made at the

expense of indigenous peoples and enslaved Africans who were treated as inferior to whites. The
former were never really considered part of the “deal”.

The social contract in British North America was rigged from the beginning, founded on
injustice. Tainted by fear, guilt and capitalist markets. A new “New Deal” must be struck that
reflects changing values. As we become more cosmopolitan, we are learning to embrace
differences and to seek rules that encourage diversity and multiculturalism. We are learning that
political democracy has to come with economic democracy to ensure the more or less equal
distribution of resources to empower all to be the best they can be and participate fully in local,
global and even Universe politics.

“Universe governance is based on the principle that the spiritual and material aspects of
planetary evolution are intertwined, and seeks common evolutionary goals.” - writes Alfred
Webre, in Exopolitics: Politics, Law and Government in the Universe. According to Webre, our
institutions are reflections of cosmic forms. Part of reintegrating into our galactic community
will mean transforming the social contract into a new understanding that will guide us towards a
