The SWOT Analysis

What are strengthens of this product?
- It has a off road capabilities you can use this vehicle for heavy terrains
like a rocky road, mud ball field, sandy roads and many more…
- It’s price is not that high anyone can afford it it only cost half a
million but thus not exceed to six hundred thousand pesos
- Ability to carry heavy loads for example your camping equipment or
your adventure gears
- Spare parts can easily be found here in our country unlike some other
car company
- The vehicle can be customized in your own way bigger set of wheels
if you want to
- Great safety equipments like airbags
- Additional passenger carriage, has the ability carry 4 or 5 persons
- Can be shifted from automatic to manual, the gas can use a diesel as a
substitute for the fuel rather than petroleum
- It also had a comfortable seats compared to other pick up trucks and
has windshield wiper also baby seat
- It also has different product line if you are not satisfied with the actual
model if you want a fully load 4x4 or a 4wd pre runner

Weaknesses
- First disadvantage in this product is its feature, it is not a luxury car so
most people would not want this because it is only for heavy duty
capabilities and mostly for family outing and adventure cravers and
also business travels (particulary for business that is industrial)
- Its transmission is very hard to shift for example you want to shift
back to gear 1 the vehicle needs a complete stop enable for you to
shift in gear 1
- In a 4wd runner (it’s a product line of the Tacoma) the runner has less
capability to carry heavy loads but more on speed.
- Customization parts are not always that available, the manufacturer
cannot always keep up with the consumer’s demands.
- When loaded so much it’s back frame can easily be dented it has also
carrying limitations

Opportunities
- Fuel economy is good it’s a opportunity for us to endorse the vehicle
to other people it doesn’t need a special fuel it can run in ordinary
fuel’s
- We will use leaflet’s, and the world wide web to introduce this
product to the people

Threats
- The only threat I see here is that other car company can build better
pick up truck’s and cannot be easily dented or damaged.
- Inflations is also a threat to us tendency is people will only save more
instead of buying more to energize the economy when the inflation is
already occurring, the thing is our product will suffer as well as the
company

Marketing strategies Chapter V

Product development:
What are other features that can be found in our vehicle that cannot be found
in other car company product’s ? well this car can carry heavy duty

Competitive pricing:
A quick comparison well be first its spare parts, in toyota company spare
parts well not be much of a problem you can easily find it in other car
company the price well not be that low for such a vehicle and not to mention
the price of this vehicle it only 645 000 pesos unlike in suzuki their pick
up’s cost more than ours ($28 850 lowered price of suzuki) it cost more than
a million and in chevrolet there vehicle cost more than 600000 pesos

Distribution system:
In this part however the customer can either pick up immediately the
purchased product or we can deliver it directy to their very homes

Sales strtegies:
First approach would be advertising to the people or giving flyers to the
people about this product and it advantages and we are also cundcuting a
monthly discounts like a one month 30% off to all products and then after
that we will resume our current prices

Advertising and promoting:

The company will use newspaper, magazine billboard and internet to
