Resume Summary
With a total of 34 years teaching experience, my combined knowledge of successfully
integrating instructional strategies with technology resources has given me the skill set
necessary to be a successful coach and mentor to the teachers and students of Rutherford
County.

My current position of Technology Coach encompasses the following tasks, just to name a
few:
• modeling lessons for teachers demonstrating technology integration while
addressing state standards. Technology demonstrated would be software, hardware,
or a combination of both.
• teaching after school professional development sessions to teachers district wide on
specific technology integration tools for the classroom.
• assisting teachers in finding relevant technology resources specific to state standards.
• running the school network, program management, as well as creating users on the
server.
• presenting at district and state conferences on technology integration and resources.
• working with school Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) in data analysis of
student performance on common formative assessments using Inspire Data and
Microsoft Excel.
• training all new teachers on the Information Now Gradebook Program to manage
their grading portal.
• providing all students in our 6-8 grade middle school with Digital Citizenship
lessons.
• instructing teachers and students on how to utilize Learning Management Systems
(LMSs) in their classrooms such as Edmodo, Microsoft OneNote Microsoft Class
Notebook, and Microsoft TEAMS.
