Alhamdulillah!
I am pleased that the initial training of SIO Workers. SIO Assam Zone has pre-
pared a guide book for the workers. That will be useful in knowing proper
direction to the worker of SIO. It will also be useful to the member of SIO and Jamat
workers to update the knowledge about developing organisational setup of SIO. It
will make them more capable of serving Islam and humanity.
I suggest all concerned to use this bookled as a means of deligated training.
I pray to Allah to actualise the vision and purpose which this bookled has
been written.

INAUGURAL WORDS
Dear Brothers,
Assalamualaikum W.R.W.B.
Since long it has been noticed that those places of Assam where there is no unit
of SIO,
students and youths associated with the organisation are facing certain dificulties in
fulfiling the mission of the organisation at the local level. If in any locality the activities of our
mission are not advancing then it is so due to one of the two reasons. The first reason is that
the students and youth of the locality are not gettiang enough opportunity to systematically
study the books of SIO syllabus. The second reasons is the student and youth of the locality
inspite of reading the books of SIO syllabus have not got enough contact with zonal and
central leaders.
One can read and finish the constitution of SIO in 10 or 15 minutes inspite of under-
standing the meaning of every words of the constitution or forget even after understanding
the same. It's main reason is lake of practical environment in that locality. On the contrary the
places where a local unit of SIO exists and further works are being done according t o the
SIO constitution, policy and programme and Tazkiyah Guide, workers of those places easily
understand and even written the consitution, policy and programme of SIO.
Those students and youths who have not got the environment of SIO for their
benefit this bookled has been written. To get newly or associated with SIO means to be
associated with local unit or circle of SIO. One who want to keep himself active in the
organisation, he immediately has to duties to discharge : one personal and another collec-
tive. Personally he should try to transform himself from an associate to a member and col-
lectively he should try to develope his circle or unit in to an ideal unit of SIO.
SIO's Constitution's article - 38 - A local Unit shall be set up at a place where there are
two or more members of organisation, if at any place, there is only one member, he shall
have direct relation with the Zonal president and shall act according to his directions. Ex-
Member of SIO and members or workers of Jamat also can make provision of SIO's initial
organisational training after supplying books of SIO syllabus. It is expected that an associate
has already completed (1) the first four part of 'Khudbat' otherwise known as the fundamen-
tals of Islam or let us be 'Muslim' and (2) 'Shahadat-e-haq' otherwise known as 'witness unto
mankind' or 'evidence of truth'. Because it is deadly wrong to try to understand Tanjim
(Organisation without having a proper glimpse of Deen-e-Islam (Islamic religion or system
of life) and Tehriki-e-Islamia (Islamic Movement)

INFAQFISABILILLAH
Spending in the way of Allah is an important teaching of Islam, without which the complete
picture of Islam dose not exist. Along with this, it is also obvious that the propagation of
Islam in which you have engaged yourself, you have to strive hard to turn in successful. The first
and foremost requisite for a person who believes in God and the Book is Namaj and the next to
Namaj is spending in the way of Allah.
Those who rehearse the book of Allah establish regular prayeds, and spend in charity out
of what we have provided for them secretly and openly. Hope for a commerce that will be never
fail . (Sura Al-Fathir: Ayat 29).
If a man spends in the way of Allah the wealth carned atter sweating obviously he will
reach the Jannahn which is the house of peace and happiness.
Allah has purchased of the belivers persons and goods for theirs (in return) is the
garden (of paradise), fortunate people are those who spend their life are wealth in the way of
Allah with sincere mind.Whatever he spent will reach to him multiplied when he finds himself off
handed in the day of judgement.Who is he that will loan to Allah a beautiful loan, Which Allah
wil double unto his credit and multiply many times . (AlBAqarah) Ayat 245
Spending in theway of Allah is an implication of the fear of Allah, Allah has regarded
spending in the way of Allah as a way of saving oneself from punishment of Aakhirat. So who-
ever fears the Aakhirat certainly spends in the way of Allah. Spending the most beloved belong-
ings is the way of Allah is the sign of ones afflicaition towards his Deen.
By no means shall you attain righteousness unless you give freely of that which you love .
A person who sacrifies his life and belongings in the way of Allah re-affirms that
wealth and belongings are least preferable to Allah and Jannah. On the contrary another person
who denies to spend in the cause of Allah i simply implicaies that the money and belongings are
more valuable to him than the Deen . Dear Brothers,
Any major task in this world requires a lot of resources of various kind . If you are capable
enough to spend in the way of Allah but you do not do then it simply shows defect in your Iman.
We invite people towards the Deen of Allah and wish to make it success, for this we opt various
ways and means, which will not come true until required resources are spent. Be sincere and
punctual in paying monthly Yanat.
Islam is passing through a very difficult time. On the other hand forces of evil are getting
more prominent in the world. In this scenario strengthening Islam through monetary means
will be considered highly valuable and precious before Allah.
To boost the sprit of "Infaq fi Sabilillah our Organisation observes 'Yaume Infaq'
(Infaq Day) every year. In the Units and cirecles of SIO Assam Zone, generally Infaq Day is not
observed. If observed somewhere, it is not observed methodically . This is not a health sign . To
