LOAN AGREEMENT

This document profiles a loan agreement between TTTTTTTT being represented by

TTTTTTand TTTTTT (the recipient) of which TTTTTTT shall allot a financial loan facility

to the recipient.

A loan of Ten Thousand Ghana Cedis (GHȼ10,000), principal, is awarded to TTTTTTT

with an interest of 15% which equals One Thousand and Five Hundred Ghana Cedis

(GHȼ1,500), interest, of which the principal and the interest (Eleven Thousand and five

hundred Ghana Cedis, GHȼ11,500) are to be paid within a period of Four (4) months per

the day the loan was awarded to the recipient.

Date loan was awarded is 09th April, 2018

Date loan to be paid is 17th July, 2018 with a grace period to 20th July, 2018.

Note: This is to be guaranteed by a guarantor who serve as a de jure person for payment of

the loan and interest should the recipient default. In redeeming loan and interest advanced the

recipient is to pay cash to the bank, RRRRRRR, with account name, TTTTTTT.
