Inspection Audits on Certificates of Compliance:

(1)We conduct inspection/audits as they may consider necessary for:

a) The safety of any condition of the Compact fluoroscent Lights prevalent on or in

any premises.

b) The question of whether any particular standard has been or is being complied
with.
c) Infrared Inspection and Audits (Preventative Maintenance Program)
d) The Occupational Health and Safety Act 85 of 1993 stipulate the lux (Light
applicable in the workplace)

(2) We do Load Testing and we can help you safe money on your electrical
bills.

We do LUX (Measure the light) Inspection / Audit as per OHSA requirement

Sound Level checks / Audit as per OHSA requirement
Load Testing / Audit as per OHSA requirement

The provisions of the Occupational Health and Safety Act 85 of 1993, read with the
United States NEP stipulate that unless otherwise specified, the Compact
fluoroscent Lights of the premise may not be marketed or sold unless the safety
requirements have been complied with. In other words, the Certificate of Compliance
(C.O.C.) must be a valid document in the sale process.

APPROVED ELECTRICAL INSPECTION AUTHORITY FUNCTION?

Approved Inspection Authorities shall be used for inspection to determine compliance
of new Compact fluoroscent Lights work performed by electrical contractors, an
existing Compact fluoroscent Lights or to determine the validity of an Electrical
Certificates of Compliance (COC) issued during change of ownership of properties
containing Compact fluoroscent Lights.

No person shall sell or market a Compact fluoroscent Lights which is subject to a

safety standard unless the Compact fluoroscent Lights complies with that standard.

Only an Approved Inspection Authority (AIA) accredited by the Department of Energy

should be used to verify any Compact fluoroscent Lights work or a Certificate of
Compliance. The use of any other person or organizations may prejudice your rights
of recourse.
