 Portable Fire Extinguishers
1. Cleaning of portable fire extinguishers
2. Weighing and maintenance of portable fire extinguishers
3. Replacement of seal and tag of portable fire extinguishers at each visit.
4. Refilling of empty fire extinguishers

 Fire Hydrants, Fire Monitors & Breeching Inlets

1. Cleaning, oiling & greasing of fire hydrant, fire monitor & breeching inlets.
2. Replacement of coupling washer
3. Free movement of lugs, valve handle and nozzle

 Fire Hose Cabinets & Hose Reel Cabinets

1. Cleaning of Fire Hoses and Hose Reels
2. Replacement of washers
3. Oiling of door hinges and lock assembly

 Foam Tanks & Foam Trolleys

1. Cleaning, oiling and greasing of valve handles

 Deluge system and alarm check valves

1. To ensure smooth valve operation
2. To check pressure on each deluge valve
3. Auto setting and pressure switch indication in panel
4. Diaphragm integrity

 Clean Agent System

1. Inspection and testing of heat detectors and multi sensors to trigger clean agent system
2. Manual operation of clean agent system
3. Fire alarm panel and interlocking with system (HVAC, Lift, AHU)

 Manual Call Point

1. Testing of MCP to sound the alarm
 Fire Engines & Jockey Pump
1. Test run of the fire engines in all modes of operation
2. To check with the cut off pressure
3. Replenish used engine oil and coolant.
4. Battery status
5. Checking of Pump house annunciation panel events with fire panel

 Above mentioned scope of work shall be regularly maintained as per the desired number of
visits following the NFPA standards and Sharjah Civil Defense Rules in maintaining the fire
protection systems.
 Attending emergency calls as early as possible.
 Tasks to be executed by testing engineer and the above mentioned scope of work shall be
recorded using a checklist provided by the vendor and duly signed by the testing engineer and
verified by the client.
 Report generation.
 Provide training to the operators.
 Preparation of AMC and Civil Defense attestation service.
 Processing & obtaining Civil Defense Certification.
