JS series concrete mixer is a double horizontal shaft forced type concrete mixer,
which can work independently as a single unit or be combined with PL series
batching machines to form a simple concrete mixing plant. It can serve as an attached
mixer to a mixing station used in prefabricated component factories of different scales
and construction of highway, bridge, dock and water conservancy etc. As a widely

These equipments are composed of storage hopper system , weighing system, feeding
system, electric control system and so on. There are two feeding way including

II-3 HZS series concrete mixing plant

HZS series concrete mixing plant is composed of material supplly and measuring system,
agitating system, electrical control system and pneumatic control system, etc. It can be applied to
all kinds of prefabricated-component factories as well as industries and Civil Constructions.
Equipped with auto control devices and sensors, HZS series concrete batching plant has achieved
automatic correction function and memory function to process materials with quantitative,
batching, control, and self-compensation.
The main machine adopts JS series double horizontal shaft forced mixer which has an excellent
mixing quality and high efficiency. The batching machine employs PL series batching machine
which can be freely designed according to the multiple requirements of xustomers. Due to
electronic scale the measurement of the aggregate powder is reasonable and precise. The
aggregates can be transported by the own hopper with stable and longevity. The pressurized water

Design, advanced properties this product is well used in transporting of heavy
concrete in construction engineering, in particular national defense
construction, water conservancy project, mine engineering, bridge construction
and railway engineering etc.

Main technical characteristics:

● Distribution valve adopts advanced heavy-duty "S" pipe valves which has
excellent seal ability and is relatively easy to maintain. Glass panel and friction
loop are made of wearable rigid metal. Friction loop can automatically
