Programmatic:
The programmatic unit consists of the Executive Director, who oversees and evaluates
the non-profit’s program(s) and its facilitators. The programmatic unit is also made up of
Computer Lab Proctors who run daily computer workshop activities. The last role in the
programmatic unit are General Volunteers who execute all functions as directed by the
Executive Director or Board Members.

Qualifications:
The qualifications set forth below for each role shall be amended to reflect the needs of
the non-profit at the time of recruitment. No description shall serve as an exhaustive list
of the duties and responsibilities of the respective roles.
Executive Director
The Executive Director must meet the following minimum requirements:
i. Four-year degree or equivalent through formal training and/or on-the-job
experience
ii. At least five years of experience in non-profit management to include
1. Board governance
2. Partnership development
3. Board member/Volunteer recruitment
4. Program evaluation
5. Public speaking
6. Fundraising
7. Proposal writing
iii. At least two years of service in Rescue Me Project Ministries
iv. Appointment by the current Executive Director
President
The President must meet the following minimum requirements:
i. Four-year degree or equivalent through formal training and/or on-the-job
experience
ii. At least one year of experience in non-profit management to include
1. Board governance
2. Partnership development
3. Consultant partnership management
4. Event planning
5. Fundraising
6. Proposal writing
iii. At least one year of service in Rescue Me Project Ministries
iv. Appointment by the current Board Members by majority vote
Vice President
The President must meet the following minimum requirements:
i. Four-year degree or equivalent through formal training and/or on-the-job
experience
ii. At least one year of experience in non-profit management to include
1. Board governance
2. Partnership development
3. Volunteer recruitment
4. Fundraising
5. Proposal writing
iii. At least one year of service in Rescue Me Project Ministries
iv. Appointment by the current Board Members by majority vote
Treasurer
The President must meet the following minimum requirements:
i. Four-year degree or equivalent through formal training and/or on-the-job
experience
ii. At least one year of experience in non-profits/small businesses to include
1. Partnership development
2. Budget/fiscal management
3. Fundraising
4. Proposal writing
iii. At least one year of service in Rescue Me Project Ministries
iv. Appointment by the current Board Members by majority vote
Secretary
The Secretary must meet the following minimum requirements:
i. Four-year degree or equivalent through formal training and/or on-the-job
experience
ii. At least one year of experience in non-profits/small businesses to include
1. Partnership development
2. Grantwriting/grant management
3. Advertising/public relations
4. Proposal writing
iii. At least one year of service in Rescue Me Project Ministries
iv. Appointment by the current Board Members by majority vote
The Computer Lab Proctor will serve a minimum appointment of four months
