Production Capacity

It is essential in a business activity to distinguish its ability to produce and

the capacity that would accommodate in the total production procedure. The

management in making a decision on allocating resources would utilize the

gathered information regarding the mass production of the proposed product.

Production would be done on Mondays to Fridays; or at least five times a

week. Delivery of the product to the customers would be done every Thursdays,

or on any other day when needed. Depending upon the demand, production may

be done daily, if necessary. The purchase of moringa seed will be done every

Friday from the Community of Danglag, Consolacion.

Quality Control

In producing high-quality products, businesses ensure and consider

important measures for control purposes. Every business sets these measures for

them to create and produce products that conform to their standards, especially

regarding product specification.

Quality control comforts both the seller and the buyer. With the quality

control made and set by the seller, buyers are confident in the quality of the product

they acquire. Uniformity is then achieved when the product remains the same all

throughout every production. For the entity to achieve this, the following measures

should be applied by the entity.
