GUIDELINES FOR THE ISSUANCE AND USE OF THE

UPLB-IRRI-UPOU CAR STICKERS FOR 2018-2020

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• LTO car/motorcycle registration

• LTO official receipt
• If vehicle is second-hand, copy of deed of sale or company certification is required
• Driver’s license of the applicant (driver and vehicle owner)
• Driver’s license of driver if vehicle owner is not the applicant (proof of affinity
required, e.g., marriage/birth/employment certificate of applicant)
• Filled out application form (available at the UPF headquarters or downloadable at
ovcca.uplb.edu.ph/upf-services) with one 2x2 ID photo
• For e-bike or Light Electric Vehicle (LEV) users, only those registered with the LTO
are allowed to apply

RECTANGLE STICKER

• The UP Unified Car Sticker prescribed by the UP Office of the Vice President for
Development (OVPD) is to be used by all UP constituent universities.
• Duration of effectivity: 2018-2020 (three years)
• Holders shall have access to (1) UPOU and IRRI gates (Monday to Saturday, 6 AM
to 7 PM, starting 1 September 2018) and (2) All UP campuses
• This sticker is for UP/UPLB CONSTITUENTS, classified as follows:

Green Faculty UP employee ID or appointment paper
Blue Staff UP employee ID or appointment paper
