a) Arjun L. Zhang, 19 years old, Male, Student, Born in February 11, 1999 and Single
b) I was motivated by the opportunities that I can attain in this industry. On how it can develop
me as a person and develop a lasting relationships with others. I also focus on offering the best
location that I know will benefit the customers.
c) As a Millenial, I don't have the Capital and a Wealthy Family to put up my own business. I
was able to find a business opportunity where my only investments are words and time. I started
selling different kinds of detergents and fragrances which really helped me in terms of
interaction. Until I was Influenced by my cousin who is in the Real Estate Industry. She showed
me the great opportunities that I can attain in entering the industry.

II.
a. My main customers are specifically Investors and Family. I always provide the best options
for my customers that suits their needs and want. I also assure to make my relationship with my
customers personal in the sense of attaining their trust. I also value the term "after sales" which
is the best tool to attain loyalty. With this, they will serve as your marketing referal for future
customers.

B. Real Estate Developers and Home owners serves as my supplier. They provide me options
of properties that I may offer to my customers. The supplier and I always assure that both will
benefit in every transaction that will occur.

C. Real Estate Developers compete with one another in terms of quality, price, location and etc.
They also provide the best promos which can make every financial transaction comfortable to
every customers. They will always provide the best deal with different real estate agent which
can result of them offering their properties.

In our Country we always value the worth of relationships with other people and especially
Family. Believing that it is a source of true happiness and success. We also believe to the value
of money of what, where, and when to spend it. In short, we value the attitude of being thrifty.

a. The secret to a successful business is providing the best services. Once one customer is very
satisfied, there is an assurance that the previous customers will invite more customers to attain
the services that she had. However, the basic thing to do in starting up a business is to attain
the appropriate market.

b. The biggest struggles that I attain in my business is on how to handle various customers with
different attitude. Its all about how are you going to present yourself to them, what manner do
you need to show when talking about business transactions. I was able to overcome this by
learning the proper ettiquete and sales talking.
C. The best advice that I can give is to not to be afraid to take risk. The more you make mistake
the wiser you becomer. One must also remember that attaining the successful business is only
thr hard part. The harder part is ensuring to mantain it while the hardest part is on how to take it
to the next level.

the country. As devoted the Filipinos are in their religion, they are known for giving respect especially to
the elders with words such as “po and “opo”. Comes along with it is the strong family relationship among
Filipinos which is why most are family-oriented and it’s a big factor when coming up into a decision like
buying of land or property.

As of 2018, the current population of the Philippines is 106,512,074 with a population density of 357
people per km2 . The main operation of the business is located in Las Pinas City with a population of over
590,000. Most of the people living in the city is from ages 20-29 years of age which makes it suitable to
target potential customers assuming that most of them are done with their tertiary education and are
already working on jobs and earning money since they’re the one with buying power in real estate.
