(1) Online Submission and Opening of e-Tender: e-Tenders can be submitted
Online till the last dates mentioned below till 3.00 P.M. in the e-Procurement

online from 3.30 P.M. on the last day of submission.

(i) The tenderer must be registered as the Manufacturer / Trader of the tendu
leaves in any division of Madhya Pradesh for the year 2016 and 2017.
(ii) The intending tenderer s are required to get registered for participation in
e-Tender according to procedure specified in e- Procurement portal

(4) Digital Certificate : The tenderer will have to obtain Digital Signature
Certificate from above portal or any other vendor for online registration on
e-Procurement portal as well as for submission of online Tender.
