BUNAGUIT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT FOR THE MONTH OF MARCH 2018

I. MONTHLY GENERAL PTA PAHINA

As currently observed in our school, a General PTA Pahina was being conducted
every first Tuesday of the month. Parents come early around 6:00 o’clock in the morning because
they want it to finish early so that they can’t be able to feel the heat of the sun in the afternoon.
They were grouped according to their respective purok and they were given a designated area to
work on. Women bought bolos to cut the grasses while the men were task to build the junior
fence along the school pathway. Teachers were assigned on different areas and supervised as
well. On the other hand, sir Bernie O. Montero our school head was roaming around the vicinity
of the school and leading the work of parents for the cleanliness. The parents and the teachers
were being mesmerized with the beauty of the school which they hand in hand completed. As if
it was their first time to see the school for its new face.

II. TURN-OVER CEREMONY

Last March 9, 2018, our school conducted Turn-over ceremony of one unit four
classroom building and one unit two classroom building. Our vibrant district supervisor sir Josue
J. Sarong , school head of Milagros Elem. School sir Redel Goce, our Barangay Captain Hon.
Randy Mangasita together with his councilmen, GPTA President Amid Agsunodan,
representatives from LM Construction, Bunaguit Teaching Staff, parents, and pupils attended the
said activity. All pupils of BES rendered a mass dance presentation headed by sir Joliven Dejoras,
our Grade 8 adviser. Everyone shared food together after the program. It was ended a successful
event.

III. SCHOOL FORMS CHECKING

In preparation to the up coming district school forms checking, our school head
leads checking of school forms from kindergarten to grade VI last March 12, 2018. It includes the
teachers from Salimahan Elementary School since they are still part of our school heads
supervisory.

IV. SCHOOL EVALUATION

Despite of the hectic schedule sir Bernie manage to asses the physical component
of each classroom as well as teachers individual classroom management. Last March 20, 2018 we
conducted school evaluation from kindergarten up to grade six. He also gave pieces of advice to
each teacher with regards to teaching strategies and even personal thoughts towards
professional growth. Ma’am Luna G. Ubay proclaimed as the most prepared classroom in the
school.
V. 23rd RECOGNITION AND MOVING UP CEREMONY

As it was being scheduled, our school conducted 23rd recognition and moving
up ceremony last March 27, 2018. Our supportive deped kagawad Hon. Meggy Lozaga was one
of our guests together with Hon. Emily S. Otalng and our GPTA Vice President Jocelyn Ello. Pupils
were very glad when they received their ribbons and medals. The boy scouts participants
during the municipal encampment, the candidates during the king and queen of hearts 2018, the
Eco club president and the SPG Officers were all given recognition. There were also four
teachers of our school namely, Ma’am Merycris O. Caballa, Ma’am Shujen B. Lingatong, Ma’am
Luna G. Ubay and Ma’am Garneth Jane B. Veloso was also given a speacial award by sir Bernie O.
Montero. The program was ended with a closing remarks given by Hon. Emily S. Otalng,
barangay Kagawad.

VI. 23rd GRADUATION CEREMONY

Before the school year 2017-2018 ends the Bunaguit Elem. School holds its 23rd
Graduation Ceremony last March 27, 2018. Our head guest for that event was our Division
Science Coordinator in the person of Sir Kevin Hope Z. Salvaňa. We also had our District In-
Charge Sir Josue J. Sarong together with the School Head of Guibonon Elem. School Sir Ian Dave
Paler, School Head of Sinakungan Elem. School Ma’am Claudia Ebale, School Head of Calabuan
Elem. School Sir Benjie Cuyos. Our active Barangay Captain Hon. Randy P. Mangasita and our
GPTA President Amid Agsunodan was also present at the head table. The program was started
4:00 o’clock in the afternoon and was done at around 5:30 o’clock in the afternoon. Afterwards,
the reception follows at the Grade II classroom by which everybody enjoyed the food that the
school prepared. The guests went home around 6:00 o’clock in the evening.
