The work to be performed under this contract consists of the furnishing of all materials, tools and
equipment and the full execution of all necessary labor and services required to complete the proposed
construction of Proposed One Storey Residence which is located at Lot 9. Block. 16 Ilang Ilang St.
It is the duty of the contractor/s to carefully examine, compare and verify the data finishes of the plans and
specifications. In case of obscurity or discrepancy, the contractor/s shall refer the matter immediately to
the Architect or Engineer’s decisions as to the interpretation of the drawings and specification in final.

and regulations pertinent to the proposed construction. The contractor shall obtain and pay for all licenses
and permits and shall be responsible for any damage to persons and property which may occur in connection

1.5 Authorized representative
Whenever the contractor is not on site, order may be given by the owner to his authorized representative
which shall be accepted and complied with by the superintendent or foreman of the contractor.
The Architect or Owner or their authorized representative shall at all times, have access on the work whether
from preparation or already in-progress. The contractor shall provide facilities for such access inspection.
The Architect on his representative shall have the authority to accept materials and workmanship deemed
satisfactory and rejects work and materials not in accordance with plans and specifications.
1.7 Materials
No materials shall be used in the construction unless same are subject to the Architects and Owner’s
approval.

4.1 Floor finish shall be T&G, Oak,Terrazo tiles or as specified by the Architect with class A mixtures.

The contractor shall employ a licensed electrical engineer to execute the work accordance to
requirements of the city or locality where the work will be done. The contractor shall be responsible
for the performance of the work in accordance with the furnishes and specifications. The contractor
shall furnish all labor and materials with complete installation of electrical and lighting fixtures for
the store. All necessary inspection and permits shall be obtained by the contractor.
5.2 Metal and PVC conduits and wiring shall be concealed within finished walls, ceiling, and floors.
5.3 Duplex receptacles shall be rated and installed in accordance with ratings indicated and shall be
grounded type and reconstructed of ivory white phonolic compositions with appropriate plate
covers.
5.4 The exact location and heights of fixtures shall be determined by the structural limitations of the
building. The fixtures shall be installed in such manner as to avoid any obstructions.
5.5 Electrical switches shall be of National brand or as specified by the Architect. The main circuit
breaker shall be bolt - on type GE or WST Brand for electrical controls (verify schedule of loads

Item 6: Paintings
The scope of works includes all painting finishes of all other works required by these specifications. All

7.1 Air-con
