1. After completing 6-8 weeks of internship each student have to get his/her project
report checked within 5 days of training completion date. At the end of the project a

2. No two projects will have the same title and in case of such clashes student who
registered their project title with the head training incharge of the department will be
upheld. In this case the other student will have to not only change the topic but also
change the content if found matching with the original one.It is the responsibility of
the student to ensure that his/her topic is being captured by the training head of the
department despite being submitted to the mentor.
3. Copying from the internet or websites is strictly prohibited. Students can go through
websites and internets and study the content and write it in their own language as

Plagiarism is the "wrongful appropriation" and "stealing and publication" of
another author's "language, thoughts, ideas, or expressions" and the representation
of them as one's own original work. For more details

project checking and must keep the reciept for further communication. A student can
go for project checking through plagiarism software at a maximum of 3 times paying
5o rs each time.
5. Weekly reporting to their respective mentor is mandatory failing which your project

project.

reporting your work will be evaluated.
7. A student is supposed to meet their mentor as much as possible and decide about the

study may not differ and cause rejection of the project at the last moment. All
students must keep in touch with their mentors through phone calls, emails, whats app
