REGISTRATION
All bonafide Medical Technology students of NDMU are required to attend the event.
The NDMU-MT Students are required to pay the amount of P150.00 before June 23, 2017
There will be 2 attendances during the event. Before the opening program (8:30-9:00) and
after the whole event in the afternoon (5:00pm).
FEE
The source of fund for this event will be coming from the registration. Each of the participants
will be paying the amount of 150 pesos. The breakdown of this amount shall be:

CRITERIA and GUIDELINES
1. Catch the dragon’s tail
Each team must have 10 participants for the game.
Teams will form a line called the ‘dragon’ by wrapping their arms to their teammate.
The first person will be the dragon’s head while the last person, tied with a handkerchief is
the dragon’s tail.
The head of the dragon must catch the tail of the opposing team without breaking the
line.
Last team to survive wins the game.
2. Flip bottle challenge relay
Each team must have 5 participants for the game.
Player of each team will walk through the pool to reach the opposite side.
The player must then flip the bottle until it stands up then he/she must get back to the
starting line for the next person to participate in the game.
The first team to finish the relay will be the winner.
3. Save thy royalties
Each team must have 6 participants for the game (3 male; 3 Female). 1 king, 1 queen, 1
prince, 1 princess, 1 knight, and 1 high priestess.
Each rank will have his/her signature pose appropriate for his/her rank.
The players must transport 1 royalty from the other side of the pool to the Emperor (game
master) depending on the emperor’s choice.
Upon transportation, the person being transported must pose according to his/her rank.
He/she will be transported to the Emperor by her teammates without being getting wet.
First to deliver their royalty wins the round.
The team with the highest number of wins per round wins the game (8 rounds).
4. Paint me a picture
Each team must have 15 participants.
The team must portray a scene given by the game master.
Pictures will be judged by the teachers.
The team with the highest number of wins per round wins the game (8 rounds).
5. Spoken word poetry
Each team must have 2 participants for the contest.
The spoken poetry may be in English, tagalong, or Hiligaynon.
The literary accounts shall revolve on any theme, depending on the participants’ choice.
The piece should be submitted on the morning of July 1, 2017 to Dexter Templonuevo

6. Med Tech Top Model
Each team must have 2 female participants for the contest.
Round 1: Participants will have 1 runway walk and introduction wearing their best beach
attire and accessories provided by their team.
Attires should not be against school rules and policies. Two-piece and bikinis are not
allowed.
Round 2: participants will model 1 item. The items will be picker by draw lots and shall be
provided by the officers.
Each participant will be taken 3 photos, to be judged by the panel of teachers.
They will be judge by rounds with the same criteria.

7. Best photo contest
Each team will submit 3 photos during/after the Medtech Top model.
Pictures should only be captured by Smartphones only.
Pictures should capture an event during the camaraderie day.
Pictures’ dimension should be in a 4:3 ratio (landscape).
