Employment Status This fields describes whether an individual is currently engaged
in any income generating activity.
Birth Date Pertain to the birth date of an individual . It is a mandatory
entry with a format of MM-DD-YYYY. This consists of 10
characters, the first 2 characters represent the month, the next
2 characters represents the day and the last 4 characters
correspond to the year. These are separated by a hyphen.
Birth Place It concern the place where an individual was born. It is a
mandatory field with a length of 16 characters.
Educational Attainment It refers to the highest educational level an individual has

Out-of-School-Youth refers to boys and girls who belong to any of the categories:
i) 7-14 years old who are not enrolled;
ii) 15-24 years old, not enrolled, not employed and not a

Solo Parent (1) A woman who gives birth as a result of rape and other
crimes against chastity even without a final conviction of the
offender: Provided, That the mother keeps and raises the child;
(2) Parent left solo or alone with the responsibility of
parenthood due to death of spouse;
(3) Parent left solo or alone with the responsibility of
parenthood while the spouse is detained or is serving sentence
for a criminal conviction for at least one (1) year;
